In Genshin Impact Children of the Forest is a kind of sub-chain of the quest line "Nursery of Dreams" , for the passage of which it is enough just to complete a number of other tasks. In general, it is connected with the preparation for the Utsava Festival. In this guide, we will tell you how to start and complete this quest.
How to start "Children of the Forest" in Genshin Impact
To do this is quite simple - you only need to complete the world quest called "The World of Aranara", within which you can open the Vanarana of dreams and get acquainted with the fabulous creatures of Sumeru. Plus, you will receive a unique Aranyaka book.
Access to the new sub-chain starts automatically, that is, it should immediately appear in your quest log With You with the first task, which confuses many players.
Go on an adventure with aranars
After starting the corresponding quest, you may notice that when tracking you simply do not show any marker on the map. The fact is that "Children of the Forest" in itself is not a quest, but in order to complete it, you need to complete other requests of the aranar. But you should still be shown their approximate location so that you know where to start the adventure.
If this does not happen, then you are most likely in the real Vanaran, and you need a dream version. To get into it, go to the silapne (stone with a pattern) shown in the screenshots below and play the Song of the Great Dream on the Ancient Lyre near it (equip on the character in the inventory).
If the marker still does not point to Vanarana, then go to inventory, select Aranyaka and read it so that a new window appears. In the "Forest Adventure Log" section, go to the "II" tab and click on the "Go" button. After that, a marker should appear.

Varuna Gatha
