How to start a quest

You can start this quest in Chapter 5, after you find Ashley, the president's daughter. Next, go to the merchant's shop, located near the entrance to the Town Hall. Where to find a rabid dog

The dog itself is located on the Village Square, but it does not appear there immediately. First of all, you will need to return to the Village Chief's Mansion, go up to the second floor, enter the room on the right side and give Ashley a lift so that she climbs up and throws you a ladder.

After that, go up to the attic and inspect it. Here, by the way, you can find the treasure - vintage camera, which lies on a chest of drawers at the end of the room.

You can now return to the Village Square. Go to the center of the location, and you will find the right enemy here. Note that we are talking about a kind of mini-boss, so the battle with him will not be easy, so you should prepare for it in advance by buying ammo and consumables.

We advise you immediately after the appearance of the dog throw a stun grenade at him. In this case, he will not have time to mutate and fall to the ground, so you can fire several shotgun bullets at him with impunity (the enemy can withstand more than 10 shots).

The mutated dog will be able to attack you even from a distance thanks to the tentacle on its back, so be ready to hit even when you are at a great distance from the boss. The enemy also moves quickly around the map and can bounce from side to side, which makes it difficult to accurately shoot at him. However, if you manage to surprise him with a grenade at the very beginning of the battle, then the fight will not be very difficult.

Be sure to inspect the dog's corpse as it drops a gem alexandrite. Then return to the merchant for a reward.
