In Honkai: Star Rail The end of the burial, the beginning of the journey is development mission, which takes place in Lofu Xianzhou. In this guide, we will tell you how to start and complete this chain of exploration missions.
How to start the "End of Burial, Beginning of the Road" chain
Before you can take on this quest, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least 40 Mastering level.
- Complete the story quest chain called "Hyperion Tower", where the Pathfinder had to fight Fantilia.
When you deal with the above requirements, the corresponding mission should automatically appear in your journal. If this does not happen, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login.
Inquire about the situation at the Sanctuary of Divine Foresight
Travel to the Exalted Sanctuary and go to its northwestern part. Talk to Chiyan so that they let you into the desired monastery. As soon as you enter inside, a new cut-scene will begin, in which you will meet with Fu Xuan.
Then step aside and talk to the priestess again about the events related to the Ambrosia Tree. You can ask her all the available questions.
Give Yukong the item entrusted to you at the Star Palace
After talking with Fu Xuan, you can either immediately go to the marked location, or first talk to your fellow travelers to discuss further plans (optional). March 7 and Welt are on the left side of the monastery, and Dan Heng and Qingzu are on the right.
Travel to the Earthen Square teleporter in the Central Harbor of Star-Sailboat Retreat, and then enter the palace. Go to the opposite side of the room and chat with Yukun. You will also meet Shuei here.
Unpack Tingyun with Yanming
Approach Yanming, standing a little lower, and talk to him. Then you will need to learn the things of Tingyun. You will be able to choose from the following options:

All things can be studied. After that, you will receive these items in your inventory.
Give the gift to Mengming from The Sleepless Count
Teleport to the Stargazer's Avenue anchor in Central Harbor, then head north and turn left. Look for a little girl named Mengmin there and enter into a dialogue with her. She will give you the new Tingyun Collection tea.
How to get to the Auramaton Alley and give the gift to Yancui
Travel to the Exalted Sanctuary and reach the marked area. Here, talk to Qingque standing next to the vending machine. She will tell you how to get to Auramathon Alley. Just go a little to the right and enter a new location.
Then head north and look for Yantsui from the Greatest Spice, which will be marked by a quest marker. Chat with her. She will give you Beef Guts in a spicy sauce.
Pass the gift to Yukun
Head to Port Stargazer Navalia by moving to the anchor "Prichal" and then go east to the docks. There you will find Yukun - talk to her. Yanming will then give you a Kite for comfort.
Choose return gifts for the Star Skiff Ceremony
After the conversation, interact with the skiff, and then select parting gifts:
- Messenger seal.
- Tea named after Tingyun.
- Tingyun's favorite dish.
- A kite for consolation.
Fortunately, you will be able to select all the items and listen to different lines from the characters. Next, return to Central Harbor and take part in the consolation ceremony by watching a touching video.
Accept the symbol of your alliance with Lofu from Jing Yuan
Return to the Realm of Divine Foresight and chat with the general. He will give you a jade abacus.
Say goodbye to the people you met in Xianzhou
Before you talk to your fellow travelers (Dan Heng, Welt and March 7), you can say goodbye to your new acquaintances from Lofu Xianzhou (optional). Yanqing stands on the left side of the table and throne. The rest of the characters will be presented in our separate guide.
