How to start the Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles chain

Go to the Research Institute dorm and pick up the Beidou: Weighing Anchor

After arriving at the new institute, talk to the managers Choiseul and Raimondo. Then you will need to deal with escorting Necker and returning the last two search anchors. Go to the Institute for Applied Mechanisms and pick up the Beidou: Weighing Anchor

You will need to head to the Institute for the Applied Use of Mechanisms and deal with the out-of-control gendarmatons. Then you need to find another search Beidou: Weighing Anchor.
