In Genshin Impact The Initial Facts are task of Fontaine's world, continuing the Caterpillar storyline. In it you can find answers to some questions that you might still have while completing the Ann and Seymour story branches. Note that the task “Riddles Awaiting Answers” is also associated with it. How to start the task “Riddles Awaiting Answers”
If you have already completed the tasks "The Unfinished Story" And "The Final Question", then after completing the quest "From Hereafter…", where you finally return Lanoir to your family, Caterpillar will not tell you how to get to Ordo Narcissenkreutz, but will say that he will meet you there - this will automatically lead to the beginning of the mission "Initial Facts".
If you have not yet managed to get into this secret monastery, then first of all find the entrance to it, which is located in the Institute of Natural Philosophy. There, interact with the special book shown in the screenshots below. In Seymour's and Anne's assignments we explained in detail how to do this.
As soon as you get inside, you will immediately start the task “Riddles Awaiting Answers.” We advise you to complete it first if you already have the Initial Facts quest open.
Talk to Caterpillar
After entering the secret room, go right to the glowing light. Then the conversation with the boy begins. He will tell you a story that happened several centuries ago and is connected with the great magician who was his mentor. You can ask him about the past and learn a lot of interesting things.
Summarize the clues in the Ordo Narcissenkreutz
If you completed the above quests, then Seymour and Anne will return to Ordo Narcissenkreutz. They will participate in your conversation with Caterpillar. Otherwise, the dialogue will end immediately.
After the conversation, both quests will come to an end. For each of them you will receive 10,000 mora and 4 adventurer experience. Apparently, this is not the end of the plot threads of Cater, Ann and Seymour.
