How to start a task

First you need to open dailies in Fontaine by completing the task "New Horizons of Adventure". It is also possible that the assignment may appear only after completing the quest "Some Seal".

To make the quest appear faster, select Fontaine in the quests section of the Hero's Handbook.

You may be given one of 3 options for the task - let's consider them all.

First option

Royalt fishes a little north of Fontaine Fishermen's Associations. He's in a good mood, but your conversation will be interrupted by Hydro Slimes - you'll have to deal with them.

Second option

This time Royalt is fishing west of Marcotte Station. You'll want to talk to him about Ayun. The ward staffer will tell you that Aiyun is doing important work, even if it doesn't seem like it. Stopping halfway through the story, Royalt will ask you to drive away the chubby creatures that have gathered around the fish.

It is better to fight creatures underwater - there is a xenochrome Crab swimming nearby, which will simplify the battle if you borrow its abilities.

Third option

This version of the task is different from the previous ones. This time you can find Royalt west of the Cour de Fontaine. He will complain about the lack of bait and ask you to go into town to get it.

You have to contact Busiko - his shop is located in the eastern part of the city. Take the bait from him and return to Royalt. Pass the bait to complete the quest.
