How to start a task
The quest becomes available on the next non-game day after completing the task "Red and black". For convenience, you can track the quest in your quest log.
Head to the Steam Bird
At the editorial office you will see Yenk and Euphrasia - the journalists received another threatening Letter . There, the addressee announces his intention to disassemble Monsieur Arthur into parts and bury him. In addition, she plans to attract treasure hunters to the Mosso research base. Euphrasia will assume that the letters were written by the doctor's granddaughter, Melo Lombroso.
Find an editorial related item
The first location is in the northern part of the island, where the ruins of Fort Charybdis are located.
Here you will meet Kevin and Boland the dog. Let Boland smell the second Letter.
With the help of the dog, Kevin will find the chest - open it. There lies the wing of a stolen bird.
Go to the next place
Now go to the eastern shore of the same island. Here the leader, Valberry and Rosher are already fighting. Separate them.
Rosher will give you another chest - open it. It contains the Sir Arthur’s Body.
Go to the last place
Head to the southern part of the island. Here, in the ruins, Talokard and Duga are already waiting for you. Besides, Madeleine is here too. She and Duga will start a battle with two Fatui - help them.
It turns out that both Madeleine herself and Kevin's father are members of Fatui. You will find out that Agent Bolard, whom you met in the previous quest, is the boy's father.
Catch up with Agent Fatui

Return to the editorial office
When you arrive, talk to Euphrasia. Melo will be next to her - she just recently arrived in the city, so she is definitely not a criminal.

Head to base
The base is located in the southwestern part of a small island west of the ruins of Fort Charybdis. First get to the shore and then go underwater.
You can reach the base from the underwater teleporter: swim north a little through the ruins to the entrance.
Explore the base
Open the door and swim further. After passing through the Hurdle, you will find yourself on dry land.

Defeat Fatui

Disable the self-destruct system
Take the Arc Core, then go up to the remote and insert it there.
Next, go up to the large entrance in the northwestern part of the base.

Talk to Euphrasia
