How to start a task
This quest starts automatically after completing the last mission of the chain called "All about the beauty". After watching a cutscene with Jasper and Topaz negotiating with Oti, you will immediately be transported to the Rise and Shine bar, where you will again take control of the Pathfinder.
Talk to your Starlight Express comrades
Before approaching Siobhan, you can chat with your friends from the Star Express - this is optional and does not affect the ending of the quest, but it allows you to get more information. Next to the bar counter, to the right of the bartender, are Welt and Dan Heng. They will tell you about their dreams.
Then go to the stage where the members of the Nightmare Troupe are performing. There you will find March 7th - chat with her. She will tell you about receiving a gift from an unknown person. Eventually you will complete the optional task.
What drink to make with Siobhan
Approach the bmarnsha and enter into dialogue with her. You can ask her about Gallagher. Then say you are ready to make a cocktail. Then she will ask what flavor to make the drink - bitter or sweet. Note that this choice will determine the achievement given and the method of preparing the cocktail. Let's look at both options.
Sweet Cocktail (It's a Wonderful Life)
You will need to make a Viscous Liquid cocktail. To do this, simply follow the instructions that will be displayed on the screen on the left side. The gif below shows the entire process of preparing the drink.
At the end, Siobhan will say that this cocktail was prepared while the Nameless Ones and her friend Gallagher slept in eternal sleep. After talking with the girl you will immediately unlock the achievement "It's a Wonderful Life", for which they give 10 star jades.
Bitter drink (All flowers fade)
You will need to make the Bitter Dreams cocktail. To do this, simply follow the instructions that will be displayed on the screen on the left side. If you make a mistake, you can repeat the process at any time.
At the end, Siobhan will say that this cocktail is prepared for the departed and the bitter reality. After talking with the girl you will immediately unlock the achievement "All the flowers fade", for which they give 10 star jades.
Climb aboard the ship
After finishing preparing the cocktail, talk to Himeko on the phone - she will invite you and the rest of the express members to the airship to participate in negotiations with the Family. Chat with Siobhan again and receive a cocktail from her, which she will ask you to give to Gallagher if you meet him.
This will complete the task, and as a reward you will receive 200 Mastery points, 30 star jades, 4 lost crystals, 100 hour credits and 20 thousand credits.
