How to start the quest
It starts automatically after completing the previous mission in the chain called "Narration Footnotes". You don’t need to do anything for this - if the quest does not appear in your diary, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login. Next, wait 2 in-game days by scrolling through the time in the Paimon menu.
How to return the Great Clockwork Key to the Future Abode of the Marquis
Travel to the teleporter near the Constellation Capital train station, then head south and enter the cave near the coast. Go deeper into it until you come to a spacious area. Go to the other side of the room where the mechanical Key was previously installed.
Here you will find your toy friends - chat with them. Then climb onto the square ledge on the right and press the “Manage” option, thereby inserting your Key there. This will be the end of the mission. As a reward you will receive 100 Adventure Points, 20 Primogems and 10,000 Mora.
