Thiollier and Saint Trine are NPCs from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion in Elden Ring whose side quests are closely related to each other. Thiolier - one of the Extinguished, a master of making poisons, summoned to the Kingdom of Shadows by Mikella the Unshadowed. Thiolier was previously worshiped Saint Trine, until Michella hid her behind his seal, thereby making him forget about her.

Reach the point of grace "Cote d'Azur" and head south, passing the Death Dragon. When you reach the cliff, turn right and follow the path with glow worms until you see a giant. Walk forward, keeping to the right, until you notice a huge rift.
Go down the rocks deep into the rift, reaching a point "Fault". Go forward into the cave, exit into a huge dungeon and find a new save point "Crack in the stone sarcophagus".
Continue southeast until you reach a rock that should collapse under your feet.
Moving northeast you will find the next point "Cross in the Rift". Go down and also follow the path to the northeast, being careful of the stone birds and worms. Stay north until you reach the next save point "Halt in the Rift".
Having touched grace, move on, the road will be linear, and you are unlikely to get lost.
On the way, the enemy Bastard Warrior will be waiting for you, after defeating whom you will receive a new prayer "Multi-layered rings of light", causing continuous damage to enemies.
Going east you will see another point "Depth of the Rift", around which animals will sleep. Go up the huge stairs and you will soon reach a spirit and a statue of a huge horned head. Don't be afraid and jump down from it.
This will take you to the Violet Garden. You need to fight the next boss - A rotting knight. There will be a sign nearby to summon Thiolier to help you in battle, but only if you talked to him before you went looking for Saint Trina.
After destroying the knight, a teleport will open "Purple Garden". Go further into the small cave and you will see Saint Trina. If you don't find Thiolier there, while away your time at the grace and return back. Thiolier will lie not far from her, deep in sleep.
Hear the messages of Saint Trina
Approach Trina. It is impossible to talk to her and when interacting with her there will be only one option - "Drink nectar". After taking the nectar, your character will die instantly and will respawn at the previous save point. Go back to the cave, collecting the lost runes along the way. Thiolier will warn you not to drink the nectar, as he believes that only he can handle it.
Continue drinking the nectar until you hear Trina's first message asking you to stop Mikella.
Talk to Thiolier and tell him Trina's words, which he won't believe. Repeat the words again and Thiolier will get even angrier.
Drink the nectar further until you hear another message from Trina warning Mikella against becoming a god.
Having resurrected once again, you will suddenly hear the voice of Thiolier, who will decide to attack you. It will be easy to deal with him, since he is really weak, despite the fact that he will use poisons in battle.
After defeating Thiolier, the message will appear on the screen "Thiolier is dead"
. You will also receive the item - Saint Trine's smile. This talisman increases attack power near sleepy enemies. But the quest won't end there yet.
Return back to the cave, where you need to talk with the dying Thiolier. He will ask you to give him Trina's message again, but you will not be able to do this.
Drink the nectar again and listen to the last words of the saint asking her to kill Mikella. Tell Tiolier about this and leave the Violet Garden.

In order to complete the quest of Saint Trina and Thiolier, open the passage to Enir Ilim and proceed to the transfer point "Hallway of the Purification Chamber".
