How to start a quest
Before you can take on the mission in question, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least 40th adventure rank.
- Complete the Archons' quest "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn", which is the first chapter of the fifth Thoma of the main storyline.
Once you have the above requirements, open the Legend Quests menu, go to the Tribal Chronicles tab, and select the Children of Echoes section. Then start tracking the first quest.
You will need to go to the Children of Echo settlement, located near the entrance to Natlan, and talk to a girl named Imix there. There will be a pink exclamation mark hanging over her head, so you definitely won't pass by.
Save Chiven
After talking to the girl, run west to the quest marker, following the road to the Sulfur Veins. You will need to go into some kind of cave. Near the entrance, you will find a group of treasure thieves surrounding the girl.
Engage in combat with the enemies. These are regular mobs, so fighting them is unlikely to cause you any particular problems. After dealing with the enemies, engage in dialogue with Chiven. She will tell you that she went for crystals to help Tlasoli get a gift for her daughter Nechka.
This will end the mission. As a reward, you will receive 200 adventure points, 17 thousand mora, 8 adventurer experience and 4 units of magic ore of enhancement. Plus, you will have access to the next quest of the chain "Hoarse Echoes".
