Alone in Peril in Honkai Star Rail: How to Respond and Find Help

    Zorthrus

IN Honkai: Star Rail Alone in Peril of others is mission to continue development and part of the chain "Duel under the Azure Sky II", in which you will have to decide how to respond to the Borisins (parry or provoke). You will also be able to seek help to send a message about yourself. If you have any difficulties with receiving or completing the quest, then study our guide.

Walkthrough of the quest "Alone in Peril"

    How to start a quest

It starts automatically immediately after completing the previous mission of the line called "The thread is twisted, it will be reflected in past deeds". Open the journal, find the corresponding task and start tracking it. If the quest does not appear, try moving to another location or logging out of your account and re-logging in after 20-30 minutes.

How to respond: parry or provoke

After the mission starts, you will take control of Jiaoqiu. Hulei will threaten you, and you will have the opportunity to respond to him. However, we note right away that your choice will only slightly affect the dialogues themselves, that is, the ending of the quest and the rewards will not change from this. You can say the following:

    • "Parry. Remind about escape" - now the Borisinians no longer pose a threat to other races.
    • "To create a provocation. A split between the Borisins" - Hulei will think about why he had to wait 700 years before his fellow tribesmen came for him.

Mok Tok will say that the Shackles Shattered is going according to Mangas' plan, regardless of your answer. You will again be able to choose one of two dialogue options:

    • "Parry. The plan has not yet been carried out" - the chance of its success is very small.
    • "To arrange a provocation. Hidden intentions of Mangas" - we will point out to Huley that the fortune teller only wants to lead the Borisinians to destruction.

Regardless of your answer, Huley will say that he will not listen to the fortune teller and will demand that all wolves obey only his orders from now on. He will then allow you to personally check the pier to see if the cloud knights have closed it.

Important: You can either head straight to the pier and talk to the disguised yawl to complete the quest, or seek help from the citizens (optional). We'll look at both options below.

Seek help and send a message about yourself (optional)

When you move away from Huley, you will have a choice - click on the inscription "Look around" . You will learn that you are being spied on, and your actions may lead to tragic consequences. When talking to other people, dangerous lines will be highlighted in red, and Jiaoqiu will note that this may all end badly. Everyone you ask for help from (you will choose red lines) will eventually THEY WILL DIE , however, this will not affect the ending of the quest and your reward.

    Yalik Pilot

Approach the fox near the "Court of Tranquility" spatial anchor and talk to him. Choosing white lines will simply end the dialogue. At the same time, you will be able to enter into a conversation with the character again and try to choose other options.

If you click on the red replica "Whisper, okay?" , then you will be able to continue the dialogue, and you will have 2 more red answer options. However, the pilot will refuse to take you anywhere without money or pass on a message. After choosing the red answers, the pilot and the fox behind him will simply disappear.

    Commissioner for Balance Sheet

It can be found near the entrance to the Balance Commission office. As in the previous conversation, the white line will immediately end the conversation, and the red one will "I need help" - will allow it to continue.

Two more answer options will appear. You can choose any of them, since Jiaoqiu will still tell the executor about the presence of Borisins disguised as ordinary people. He will say that he will inform the guards about this, and then he will also disappear.

    Cloud Knights Soldier

Go up to the second floor and next to the quest marker you will find a soldier with whom you can talk. Again, you can choose the white lines to end the conversation or click on the red one - "I need help" - to continue it.

Two new red lines will appear. You can choose either of them, as Jiaoqiu will still tell the knight about the presence of Borisins disguised as ordinary people. He will say that he will inform the guards about this, and then he too will disappear.

Go to the pier and talk to the yawl man

You can either head straight to the pier as Huley tells you to, or talk to the above characters first - this won't affect the quest ending or your reward. Once you're up there, approach the suspicious yawl and chat with him.

    Return to Hulei

Then return to the alley to the leader of the Borisins. Here you will find a small plot fork, which depends on what you did before.

    They asked passersby for help

If you chose the red lines when talking to the townspeople, everyone you talked to will end up in the alley, and Huley will simply kill them all so that they don't reveal the wolves' plans and location.

    Didn't ask passersby for help

Then we will talk to the leader of the Borisins alone. Jiaoqiu can ask him if the people he could turn to for help would die, and Hulei will say that they certainly would.

Next, Hulei will start asking you about General Feixiao, and you will have a choice again:

    • "Show weakness in order to..."
    • "Refuse. Let him know..."

Again, your choice will not affect the ending or rewards, as Hulei will still use torture, and Jiaoqiu will tell about the general anyway, hoping to get answers to his questions.

This will complete the quest. As a reward, you will receive 400 mastery points, 50 star jades, 4 traveler's guides, 30 thousand credits and 8 lost crystals. Plus, you will have access to the next quest - "A cunning move, boiling scarlet blood".
