How to start a quest
To do this, you need to talk to a girl named Yang Er, who can be found near the teleport point located south of Wu Wan Hill. She will tell you about mysterious ruins that adventurers should explore.
Head to the location indicated by the marker and deal with all the enemies on your way, including the Ruin Guardian. Next, interact with the Unfinished Inscription and read it. You will need to find strange stones.
How to find the first fragment (Explore the ruins)
So, you have to find 3 Geo statues and activate them. They are located in the ruins southwest of Wu Wan Hill. The map below shows the exact coordinates of all the strange stones.
Once you activate all the statues, a chest will appear. Approach it and open it. You will get the 1st fragment, but still you will not understand what exactly it is needed for. You need to ask the locals in Qing Ce Village. However, before that, you can get the following snippet.
How to find the second fragment on the highest peak of Qingce village and solve the puzzle
Climb to the highest point of the village of Qing Ce, which is located southeast of the village. Climb to the top of the cliff and you'll find 8 Geo Statues here. You will again need to activate them in a specific order.

Now go to the village and talk to the locals. First of all, talk to little Liu. She will advise you to talk to Grandma Ruo Xin, who is located next to the eastern teleport in the settlement. The old woman will tell you about the last fragment.
How to find the third fragment near the stone statues and solve the puzzle
Go west from Qing Ce village and find a place with bamboo on top of a high hill. To get the right item, you will need to interact with the Geo statues in the correct order. See the screenshot below for the required sequence.
Next, return to Grandma Ruo Xin to find out the location of the cache.
How to find and enter the cache
Go to the specified location. The entrance to the cave is located on the right side of the waterfall. Take advantage of it. Then interact with the closed gate and use the 3 previously found fragments. As a result, you will open a passage to the cache.
