Players first heard about Kaveh in version 3.0, and they could even meet Bai Zhu in patch 1.0. However, only now HoYoverse introduced them as new playable characters Genshin Impact by publishing short biographies and art of the heroes.
Kaveh is a brilliant architect who, however, is mired in debt due to the construction of the Alcazar Saray. He does not even have money for rent, so for a while he moved to the secretary of the Academy - al-Haytham. The latter, by the way, considers Kaveh to be too kind-hearted and naive, which is why he constantly gets into trouble.
According to rumors, Kaveh will be a 4-star character using a two-handed sword in combat. His element is still unknown, however, some insiders pointed out that Dendro has the eye of a god.
Bai Zhu is the owner of the Bubu Hut located in Liyue Harbour. It sells a variety of medicines. Dataminers claim that he belongs to the elemental Dendro and uses a catalyst in battle. Recently online new information has emerged about his abilities, indicating that in the team this character will play the role of a support, healing allies and protecting them with a shield.
It is noted that both characters will have to become playable in patch 3.6, which is scheduled for release on April 12 this year. Insiders report that Bai Zhu will be introduced in the first half of the update, and Kaveh in the second.
