In Genshin Impact Star Pearls are part of one of the puzzles on Sirikoro Peak ( Tsurumi Island Island), for solving which you will receive chests with valuable items. It is related to the drawings of Thunderbirds on the walls, which you probably noticed during the quest "A Particularly Particular Author".
In this guide, we will tell you where you can find all the star pearls, and what they are for. You will also find out where the 3 Electro Fairies flew to on Tsurumi Island. Note that other puzzles on Sirikoro Peak were solved in separate guide.
Where to find star gems
Before you start looking for the corresponding items, you will need to get a tool called Peculiar Pinion by completing the world quest "Octave of the Maushiro". Having done this, head to Sirikoro Peak shown on the map below and drop down into the hole below. Go into the cave and go down deep into it, as you did before.
Star Jewel 1
Once in the room with relay stones, look to the right. There you will see a drawing of a thunderbird on the wall (their location is also shown on the map above with numbers). Approach it and use the Peculiar Pinion to remove the wall. Behind it you will see a rich chest. Open it and take the 1st pearl.
Star Jewel 2
Find the next drawing on the wall - it is located directly opposite the passage to another location. Use a feather near him and the wall will disappear. Turn right and inspect another chest to pick up the desired item. Next, deal with the enemy.
Star Jewel 3
It is located near the water. Exit the previous secret room and immediately turn left. Walk a little forward and turn left again, going down. Activate the pen and go right. Here you will see a puzzle with a fairy and lightning probes, but it is not necessary to solve it. Again, if you want to do it, then check out our separate guide.
Instead, climb up the root of the tree. There you will see a chest with the last starry pearl.
How to use star gems
Return to the room with the first two drawings on the walls, and then go through the round passage. You've been here before when looking for the three fairies in the world quest. Head into a small room where a stone staircase leads.
Here you will see 3 drawings on the walls. Approach each of them and insert the star pearls you found earlier. Then watch the cut-scene with the flying Electro fairies. You will also receive a rich chest as a reward.
Where to find Electro fairies on Tsurumi Island
Spirits will scatter all over the island, so you will have to spend a lot of time looking for them. The map above shows the approximate location of all the fairies, as well as the place where they gather (you will need to come here to bring the spirits to their plinths).
Electro fairy 1
It can be found above Mount Kanna. Climb to the top, but be careful as you might fall. Therefore, we recommend using the Electrogranum at the foot of the mountain, and then simply climbing up with Thunder Orbs.
Electro fairy 2
She can be found on a cliff southeast of Tirai Shrine. Climb up, approach the spirit and bring him to the house.
Electro fairy 3
You can find her at the top of Sirikoro Peak. Climb up, approach the spirit and bring it to the pedestal.
As soon as the last fairy reaches her pedestal, a luxurious chest will appear in the indicated place. Examine it to complete the puzzle.
