In Genshin Impact Dendro Hypostasis is another elemental cube boss codenamed Zain, added to the game With You the release of Update 3.2. Where to find Dendro Hypostasis

This boss can be found in a cave located south of the village of Aaru and not far from Dar al-Shifa (the location on the map is shown above). Characteristics of Dendro Hypostasis

As with other elemental cubes, Zain is completely immune to his element, i.e. Dendro. Its resistance to other elements is only 10%. However, at the same time, a Dendro Achievement: Hero must be present in your team (below we will tell you why).

In terms of his combat attributes, he is comparable to many other hypostases, that is, he also has relatively little health, but at the same time he is able to deal considerable damage at high levels. In general, if you correctly select a team of well-pumped characters, then this enemy should not cause you any special problems. Above, we have already noted that the detachment must have a Dendro fighter. The fact is that only with the help of it you can awaken the restoring cores and thereby finally defeat the boss. Attacking the boss with it is useless, since he is immune to Dendro damage, so the level and strength of the character practically do not play a role.

Note: True, it is best to take a Dendro archer or catalyst so that you can quickly hit the cores from a long distance.

Next, we recommend that you take powerful Electro and Pyro heroes. Drill and vines

The boss transforms into a drill and then burrows into the ground, spawning spiked vines on it that deal damage to Dendro in a small area. These plants can be burned by Pyro attacks or simply dashed away from them. At the same time, the core becomes open.

Bomb dendro

The boss turns into a cocoon and burrows into the ground with its lower part, and then starts releasing bombs towards the player. You can easily dodge them by starting to run in one direction and making dashes. When the attack ends, the Hystasis Core will open.

Jump attack

The boss transforms into a sphere and then starts jumping and landing at the player's location, dealing AoE damage to Dendro. His landing points will be marked on the ground with green circles, so they are relatively easy to dodge. On the 3rd jump, the cube explodes, leaving the core exposed.

Tree with thorns

The boss will turn into a tree, leaving the core exposed so you can damage him. However, a circle of spikes will appear around the hypostasis, which will begin to gradually narrow. When it reaches the tree, the player will take massive damage if they stay in the affected area. Therefore, if you decide to take a chance, then we advise you to definitely put a Noelle: Protector on yourself or prepare healing abilities.

How to defeat Dendro Hypostasis

Preparing for battle

Before the start of the battle, you can eat dishes that increase attack power, critical damage and critical hit chance, as well as drink potions that increase certain elemental damage. In our case, it will be useful:

• Shocking Essential Oil - Increases Electro damage by 25% for 5 minutes.
• Streaming Essential Oil - Increases Hydro damage by 25% for 5 minutes.

Combat tactics

Everything is pretty simple here. Dodge or defend against Hypostasis Dendro's attacks first, waiting for its core to open, and then deal maximum damage to it. We recommend using Electro, Pyro, and Hydro attacks to create reactions such as Stimulate, Elemental Reaction: Burning, and Butanize, respectively.

As soon as the boss's health bar drops to almost zero, he will be covered with a protective shell that cannot be penetrated. You will need to activate the recovery cores in the amount of three pieces using Dendro elements.

Thus, you will begin the process of purification, the progress of which can be observed on the green bar that appears under the health bar of the cube. You can speed up this procedure with the help of Electro attacks. When the scale is completely filled, Dendro Hypostasis will immediately die.

If you do not have time to clear the enemy, then he will restore part of his life, and you will have to fight him again. It is for this reason that your team must have at least one Dendro Achievement: Hero.
