To get the achievement, you need to completely destroy the boss's Noelle: Protector in one attack of Akash's terminal. Shouki no Kami, the Prodigal himself at this moment should carry out an attack with many Electro beams - you can recognize her by the purple circles that will first appear next to the boss.
At one time, the terminal will not be able to completely demolish the enemy’s Noelle: Protector, so you can either use his attack 2 times, or wait until the terminal on its own reduces the shield’s strength to about half.
