In Genshin Impact Imitation anchors are the goal of a challenge from researcher Bricol, during which you need to find all the sensors in the underground workshop north of the New Fontaine Research Institute within the allotted timing. How to find and start
Bricol, an NPC Scholar who invites us to participate in preparatory testing, is located in an underground workshop in the north of the New Fontaine Research Institute. However, to begin fulfilling his request, you have one more thing to do:
- complete the quest " Road to the Singularity ";
- visit the laboratory in 24 hours (not game) after completing the mission.
The closest path to the laboratory passes through a cave northeast of the teleporter near the starting point of the quest " Our Purpose Is in Another Canal "

Where are all the mock anchors located?
During the challenge you will need to run through two tiers of the dungeon and find 4 sensors : two of them are on the starting “floor”, and two more are on the level below the workshop. For this test, players are given 5 minutes.

The first beacon can be found near a cage in a room in the west of the exploration area - in the place where we met “Kyuzel” during the quest. The sensor lies in a puddle not far from the control consoles.
2 Beidou: Weighing Anchor- imitation
Move forward through the opening in the west and run to the abyss, at the bottom of which there is a closed enclosure with a second sensor.
You just need to pick up the charged capsule to the right of the cage and place it next to the bars: the indicator light on the lock will glow turquoise, which means the cage can be opened and you can pick up the second target.
3 Beidou: Weighing Anchor- imitation
To the left of the cage in the room with the 2nd anchor there is a tunnel leading to the elevator: run to it, and then go down to the lower level of the dungeon. From there, follow forward to a vertical area with a wind flow, along which you need to climb up to the next sensor (the screenshots show that it lies on a pipe under a round opening).
4 Beidou: Weighing Anchor- imitation
After you take the previous 3rd beacon, go through the passage above it (just glider up the wind flow again). Run straight to the large room with hole in the middle (you can focus on the two pipes passing through it).
Jump into the hole and take the last sensor - this will complete the test successfully.
Return to Bricol
All that remains is to talk again with the instigator of the training, Bricol. Just go up the stairs from the place with the 4th sensor and run into the passage to the northeast: there you will find an elevator that goes straight up to the room with the researcher. Report to him about your success in finding the imitation anchors and receive the following valuable rewards:
