How to start a task
Travel to the teleporter northwest of the new Research Institute and head east. There you will see a cave, and next to it there is a sign - this is Kuzel’s workshop.
Go into the room and solve the puzzle: take the block usii to the right of the door and attack the mechanism. Enter the elevator and activate it. At the end of the path, the task will appear in your journal.
Explore the mysterious building
Exit the elevator and go to a spacious room with a puzzle and a man in a cage. The man is the same Kuzel who owns the workshop. He quarreled with his assistant, which led to this outcome.
Open the cage
To free Kuzel, you have to solve a puzzle.
Use the viewfinder next to the cage. Lower the camera to the energy transfer terminal and click on the button at the bottom right.
Point the camera at the blue light above the door to change the point of view. You will see yourself and the cage: point the camera at the red terminal next to the cage and activate it using the button at the bottom right. Exit viewfinder mode and open the cage.
Kuzel will trick you into the cage and leave. Now you have to help Paimon free you. When talking to your companion, select the following options:
- The terminal is at the cage.

Keep Searching (Valve Puzzle)
Head into the opened passage.
Fly to the stairs and go up. There you will find “friendly advice” - close all the valves.
The first valve is on the same platform. Turn the Handwheel twice until it turns blue.
Fly to the platform below - there are two more valves. Turn the left Handwheel once, then the right, then the left again.
Get down to the bottom. Take the pneuma block behind the pipe and attack the pneuma storage box. Pick up the opened mechanism and place it next to the cage.
Open it and pick up the Handwheel. Install it into the valve.
Turn the Handwheel 3 times.
In the opened passage, defeat a couple of meks. Go further and activate the lift.
Open the sealed door (pipe puzzle)
You will find yourself in a room with two mechanisms. First, go to the one at the entrance. Move the gear and start rotating. When part of the pipe is vertical, stop the mechanism.
Approach the second mechanism. First, rotate the left gear until the piece of pipe in it is vertical. Then move the gears and rotate until the right piece is in the same position.
After this, you will be able to climb up the wind current. Open the rich chest and run further.
Defeat two Meks. The reward for victory is a Energy Concentrating Component (we will need it to get achievements) and a rich chest.
Open the sealed door (pipe puzzle)
You won't be able to do anything in this room, so go downstairs - a passage will appear in the middle of the room.
Here you need to put 3 gears in the correct position. First, rotate the mechanism until the pipe on the wall in front of you is horizontal.
After that, select the “Move” function so that the gears on the left and right move down. Rotate until they are horizontal.
Climb the stairs, approach the mechanism by the passage and clear the way. To do this, you will first have to defeat several Meks.
Go to the next elevator and go down. Move on.
You'll see Kuzel - actually his name is Cutro - and Bricol. Defeat Cutro and his meks and show him your abilities.
It turns out that Bricol is investigating a theft case with which Cutro is connected. He will thank you for your help, and this will complete the quest.

For completing the quest you will receive the following reward:

In addition, you will receive the achievement "IWhile Motors Sleep…" from the "Wonders of the World" section, which will bring you 5 more Primogems. In the last room you will also find a luxurious chest and Hydroculus – it is located on top of a strange machine, next to which there is a chest.
