In the À la volonté du peuple in Genshin Impact is an achievement that can be obtained by becoming familiar with the ideals of the Rainbow Rose. To do this, you need to find 8 notes in bottles and fulfill the requests from them. In this article we will describe in detail how to get this achievement.
Where to find notes (treasure maps)
In total, you can find 8 notes - all of them are shown on the map below. Next, we will take a closer look at them and provide links to individual guides for each note.
A Note 1
Liam’s Ballad – A Note with the story of a bard who wants to restore his pride. It is located north of the Ipsissimus Tower and is hidden behind an invisible wall that can be bypassed through a window.
To help the bard, go to the place indicated on the map - this is a small island east of the ruins of Fort Charybdis - and fight Davy Smith. The reward for victory is a rich chest.
A Note 2
Athos’s Confession - the story of an unfortunate merchant, which can be found in the ruins not far from the previous note.
Athos left you a gift. You can dig it up - it will turn out to be a rich chest - in the northern part of the port of Lumidus.
A Note 3
Barrow’s Expectations - A Note telling about an adventurer. You can find it to the west of the Ipsissimus Tower. Barrow left you a gift hidden behind a riddle in the form of claws.
You can find the “claws” to the east of the Lusin fountain. First you will have to climb to the top of the mountain, and then go down to the stones, where the rich chest is hidden.
A Note 4
Rouge’s Writings hidden in the northeast of the tower. They contain a story about a fighter for Yanfei: Impartial, a map and a riddle about a withered tree.
The tree itself is located to the east of the weeping willow. Hitting it three times will give you a precious chest.
A Note 5
Autumn’s Regrets contain the story of an unhappy mother who lost her child. You can find them southeast of the tower. The note asks you to take what Autumn has prepared for you.
There is a pond to the east of the weeping willow. To get into it, you will have to destroy the bacterial mucus. In the underwater shelter you will have to solve another small riddle. We described these two stages in detail in a separate guide. In this puzzle you will receive two chests - rich and precious.
A Note 6
Parker’s Hopes - the story of an adventurer who can be found southwest of the tower. Like her husband, Barrow, she has left a surprise for you, hidden behind a mystery.
The puzzle is also similar - you need to pick up the particle on the top of the mountain east of the weeping willow, and then step on the eye of the fish figure to get a rich chest.
A Note 7
Rocky Avildsen’s Disappearance is a sad tale of a duel lover that can be found south of Autumn Regrets. The note asks for Rocky's legacy to be returned.
On a small island northeast of the note you will find Davy Smith Jr., who you need to fight to get a rich chest.
A Note 8
Freeman’s Announcement - the story of a man who was unfairly accused but escaped punishment. You can find the note in the southeast of the ruins of Fort Charybdis. Here the note is accompanied not by a map, but by a drawing of a ship, and a request to light a fire burning above the ground.
The ship is the Rusty Helm Inn, located south of the path in the Misty Forest. There you need to put out 3 torches and light the fourth, and as a reward you will receive a rich chest.
Awards
After receiving the last treasure you will unlock the achievement. It belongs to the "Wonders of the World" section and gives the player 5 Primogems. In total, for receiving all the chests you will acquire 55 primogems and many useful resources.
Additionally, all the notes you find are converted into one, "Rainbow Rose’s Ideals" at the end. In it you can read all the stories again.
