Where to find Parker’s Hopes
The place with the note is located southwest of the Ipsissimus Tower. The easiest way to get there is by diving from the northern shore of a small island located near the Bello area. Almost at the very surface of the water there is a shell that can be opened using a simple attack.

Where to find surprise fish
Travel to the island east of the Weeping Willow and climb to the top of the local mountain. There is Hydroculus and a shiny particle. When you touch the particle, you will see a small green figure below that looks like a fish from afar.
Go down to the figure and step on the “eye” - this is a small area of sand surrounded by stones. Immediately after this, a rich chest will appear.
