Where to find and how to solve the puzzle
The puzzle is located in the ruins northeast of Ipsissimus Tower. You will recognize the right place by the entrance with a locked precious chest. Swim into a room where you can move normally.
Eliminate the enemy
First of all, destroy the strong bubble skate. He has a protective Electro Dome that can be removed using elemental reactions, and can go out of the room into the water. Once you defeat him, you can focus on the puzzle.
Find the Receiver Nodes
Take the energy block from one of the corners of the room closer to the entrance pneuma, then go to a small part of the room filled with water and attack the Ushii storage box. Taking an energy block is not necessary if it is possible to use the skill of Nevillet or another character who has this arche.
In the box you will find receiver assemblies. Pick them up and insert them into the control valve.
Adjust the valve
Borrow the power of the xenochrome octopus swimming nearby and start working on the valve. The water will fill the entire room, activating the Hydro Level Intelligence Crystals in it.

After solving the riddle, you will be able to pick up the Hydroculus located near the ceiling of the room, and you will also unlock a precious chest.
