The Flying Outlander Genshin Impact — hidden achievement, to obtain which you need to bring the lost melody back to life by finding two fragments of the lost score. In the guide we will tell you where to find Taillefer and how to help her by restoring the notes.
How to unlock The Flying Outlander achievement in Genshin Impact
Where to find Taillefer
The girl can be found in Petrichor, after completing the line "Canticles of Harmony" and quest "Echoes of the Ancient World". She is looking for the lost opera of Boethius, and we agree to help her. This small task is not noted in the journal, but after the conversation the quest can be considered activated.
Where to find a damaged score
Travel to the easternmost underground teleporter in the Dilapidated Castle, turn around, go down the stairs and turn left.
After going through a small cave, you will find yourself in a room with bookcases. Examine the scroll on the small cabinet to find a damaged score.
First fragment of the lost score
In the same room, go down to the long tables and stop the flying grimoire using the sound wave skill.
After picking up the grimoire, go up some stairs and go to the glowing bookshelf (there is another one below, but we don't need it for this task). Use the grimoire, then hold down the sound wave skill and go through the opened passage.
Take the rich chest and find 1 fragment of the score.
Second fragment of the lost score
Go up even higher and attack the blue switch. Climb up the moving platforms, then use another switch.
Enter the stream and do the same manipulations with the flying grimoire. Open the precious chest to find the second piece of the score, then collect Hydroculus.
Combine the fragments
Go back to the score at the bottom of the room and combine all the pieces to get the Restored Score.
Return to Taillefer
Teleport to Petrichor, talk to the girl and give her the sheet music. She will thank and reward you, after which the quest will complete and you will receive the achievement.
Awards
The “The Flying Outlander” achievement itself belongs to the “Wonders of the World” set and gives 5 Primogems.
From Taillefer you will receive 3 experience books and 30,000 mora. In the chests you will receive a total of 15 primogems, 5 Hydro seals, as well as pestilence, artifacts, experience books and weapons.
