In Wuthering Waves We can independently create weapons of 3 and 4 star rarity using a special crafting station. In this guide, we will tell you exactly where you can make your own weapons, where to get the materials to create them, and how to characters it will fit best.
Where can you craft weapons in Wuthering Waves?
You can start crafting your own weapons almost immediately after arriving in the first city called Jinzhou. Go to its northwestern part and find Uncle Wei's store here. The screenshots below show the exact location of the location you need.
From Uncle Wei you can purchase various 1- and 2-star weapons, which can be useful at the beginning of the game or can be used to upgrade rarer “guns” from your arsenal. He also sells a variety of materials needed to elevate weapons. However, keep in mind that the assortment of this seller, apparently, is not updated, so if you buy all the resources from him, you may not expect new arrivals of goods.
How to craft weapons
As for the actual production of weapons, simply go to the large touch panel installed behind Wei and interact with it. Open a new window with all weapon recipes available to you.
To craft a 3-star weapon you will have to pay 10,000 credits, and a 4-star weapon - 150,000 credits. In addition, you must have a large amount of a certain ore and the corresponding weapon form.
Where to find crafting materials
How to mine ore
To make weapons in WuVa, two types of ore are currently required: Indigoite and Scarletthorn. The first ones can be found not far from the city, a little to the east of it. Many deposits are also found north of Jinzhou, in the Central Plains, and in the southeastern part of the region, south of Whining Aix's Mire.
Scarlet thorns are somewhat less common. A large number of deposits can be found northeast of the city. Large clusters are also observed southeast of the Howling Ax Swamp (see screenshots below). Let us add that the location of absolutely all ore can be seen on interactive world map.
How to get standard weapon forms
As for Standard weapon molds, you can get them from weekly bosses. Open your Guidebook by clicking on the book icon in the upper right corner, go to the Forgery Challenge section and click on the “Weekly Challenge” button. Then select any boss and fight him.
Note that rewards from these enemies can be collected no more than three times per week, so, unfortunately, it will not be possible to farm a large number of forms for weapons.
