For players who have just recently arrived Wuthering Waves, it can be quite difficult to immediately figure out which Echo is best to equip with your Resonators. The process is further complicated by the fact that each artifact has its own unique ability. In this guide, we will look at which of the currently available creatures will be most useful for farming, and will also indicate which Sonata effects will be useful for characters performing one or another role in a combat squad.
Echo Tier List in Wuthering Waves
This tier list examines the usefulness of the skills of various creatures that can be summoned during battle if you put them in the first slot in the equipment section. We talked more about the principles of operation, stats and other important points regarding the Echo in Wuthering Waves in main manual.
When distributing places on the shooting list, we were guided by the following performance criteria in various combat tests:
- SS rank: the best options that deal high damage and have interesting transformations.
- S Rank: Excellent options for the earlier stages of the game with significant combat potential.
- A Rank: Simple Echoes with situational usefulness.
Just in case, we note that the tier list only takes into account the strongest Echoes, which are obtained from bosses and various elite monsters. 1-Cost entities usually do not have any interesting combat abilities and are used mainly for gaining stats and activating Sonata effects.
You can get more detailed information about the skills of each Echo from main guide.

In the later stages of the game, you will aim to collect exactly five items to get the maximum buff. But at first you can limit yourself to 2+2 variations from different sets.
