Level in Wuthering Waves: how to increase and get rewards

In Wuthering Waves Union Level is one of the game parameters that shows the level of account leveling. Thanks to its increase, new mechanics, activities, missions and modes open up. Plus, various awards are given out. There are many methods to increase this indicator, and we will look at everything in this guide, indicating the most effective ones.

Why do you need to increase the level of Unity in Wuthering Waves?

This parameter indirectly demonstrates how far you were able to advance in exploring the world of the game. However, once you reach a certain threshold, you will no longer be able to increase the level of Unity until you increase the rank of the SOL3 Phase. It is the increase in the latter that unlocks a lot of additional functions. You can read more about it in our separate guide.

The table below shows at what level of Unity access to the SOL3 Phase increase is granted, and what exactly it unlocks.

Maximum level of Unity at the current moment in time is 80th. At the same time, increasing it to this value now makes practically no sense. It is enough to reach level 70 and rank 7 of the SOL3 Phase to upgrade your heroes and weapons to the maximum values. Almost all the content will be available to you.

Increased difficulty of enemies in the world

The higher your Unity level, the higher your SOL3 rank will be, as a result of which the average level of all monsters in the world will also increase. So we do not advise you to thoughtlessly increase it until you have upgraded your characters to the required levels, otherwise completing all the content in the game will become noticeably more difficult.

The difficulty of the Thaset Fields and the rarity of materials are increasing

You will discover more complex options for Taset Fields, simulations and other activities designed for farming materials. At the same time, the rarity of issued resources will increase.

Note that as difficulty increases, enemies will increase their total damage, health bar, and number of techniques used. For this reason, you will have to prepare even more carefully for boss battles by properly leveling up your heroes.

Limits on upgrading characters, echoes and weapons are being increased

Along with increasing the rank of SOL3, you will be able to remove restrictions on increasing the levels of your heroes, echo and weapons, which, of course, will make them even stronger.

How to Increase Unity Level in Wuthering Waves

There are several ways to increase this indicator - they can be either one-time or permanent, and vary in terms of effectiveness. Below we will talk about each of them in as much detail as possible, starting with the most useful methods.

Daily activities

One of the most profitable permanent ways to earn experience in the game. Access to it opens after reaching Unity level 8. To go to the corresponding window, you need to press the “F2” key or the icon of a book with a compass on the main screen.

Here you will find 8 tasks, the completion of which will give you 10, 20 or 40 activity points. To receive all rewards, you need to earn 100 points, that is, it is not necessary to complete all tasks. Let’s add that you will close many of them simply by performing daily routine actions like farming materials, so there shouldn’t be any problems with them.

Please note that the amount of unity experience issued directly depends on your SOL3 rank. For example, at rank 2 for receiving 100 activity points you can earn 2000 "exps". Plus, you will be given astrites, loans and useful materials. Rewards are updated when the server is reset (happens every day at 4 am).

Main, side, training, research and personal companion quests

Main missions are story quests and practically the only source of unity experience at the very beginning of the game. We advise you to take on all the main quests available to you as early as possible, since completing them often rewards 1000-2000 “exp”.

In addition, as you progress through the story, you will often discover new mechanics and modes, which can also give you unity experience. But some missions can only be completed after reaching a certain account level, so you still can’t do without participating in additional activities.

These side activities include companion missions, as well as training and additional tasks. The first are personal quests for your companions. For them, you can also often get 1000-2000 unity experience. The subsequent ones are secondary tasks, for which they give a smaller reward, but they are usually completed much faster.

It is worth mentioning separately research missions (Exploration Quests), since in size they are often not inferior to story quests, and the reward for them is rather large. In addition, they often lead to changes in the landscape of certain territories, opening up access to new locations.

Leveling Challenges and Bosses

We decided to add all these activities into one section, since they all require spending Waveplates to complete and are in the same category of the Guide - “Forgery Challenge”. The table below lists all the challenges and the rewards given for them.

World Exploration

Unlocking Resonance Beacons and Nexuses, as well as opening Supply Chests and interacting with Tidal Heritages will also reward you with the Unity Experience. True, you won’t be able to earn a lot of “exp” this way, so consider it just a nice addition to the other treasures given out.

Milestones

Another one-time source of unity experience. It is also in the Guide (second section). By completing various tasks, you will earn 100 experience points. Often you will simply need to upgrade characters and weapons to certain levels, absorb echoes and complete various activities, that is, again, these tasks will be completed by simply exploring the world.

Rewards for increasing the level of Unity

By increasing your Unity level in Wuthering Waves you can get some pretty valuable rewards. But the game itself practically does not indicate them in any way, and due to the English language and the non-standard arrangement of the necessary tabs, finding them on your own can be problematic. Therefore, we decided to consider this point in more detail.

Level bundles

Open the main menu (Esc), click on the “Store” button and go to the “Bundles” section. Then click on “Level Bundles”. Here you will find several Supply Packs, which are given out completely free when you reach a certain level of Unity.

Inside these boxes you can find Radiant Tides, crystalline solvent, a large amount of credits and rare upgrade materials.

Journey to Awakening

Open the main menu (Esc), click on the “Event” button, scroll down the list of events and look for “Awakening Journey” among them. With it you can get free standard twists, astrits and solvents when you reach a certain level.

The beginning of the way

Another one-time, never-ending event that sits just below Journey to Awakening. For the first increase in the level of unity, you will be able to receive Radiant Tides, and upon reaching level 45 you will be able to pick up a 5-star weapon.
