Lampylumen Myriad in Wuthering Waves: where to find and how to defeat the boss

    dzmx_x

Lampylumen Myriad Wuthering Waves - boss and Echo class "Overlord", allowing you to deal damage to Glacio and freeze enemies. In this guide, we will show the path to the boss arena and how to defeat him, as well as talk about the characteristics of the Echo.

How to get to the Lampylumen Myriad boss in WuVa

Please note that boss battles are unlocked upon reaching 10 player level.

Teleport to the northwest teleporter in Tiger's Maw Mine, go down the stairs to the NPC named Huaijin and fly down the platform using the glider.

Activate the beacon below, then go down the hole at the very bottom of the shaft.

Once in a spacious cave, turn south and follow the path.

Go down the cliff, go forward and activate the beacon. A little further on is the boss arena.

    How to defeat the boss

    Featured Characters

The boss is resistant to Glacio damage, so fighters with this element will be extremely ineffective.

It is advisable to take a healer into your team, especially if you are fighting for the first time or have difficulty parrying. The element in this case is not particularly important, therefore, in the absence of other healers, Baizhi will also work well.

    Top teams

The table below shows both budget and more “expensive” units that can quickly deal with the boss.

    Rover Spectro

    Battle tactics

    Parry attacks in flight

During one of his attacks, the boss jabs his "claw" into the ground and then flies up briefly - at which point a golden circle appears, meaning you can parry and significantly reduce the enemy's vibration strength. By destroying the shield, you will paralyze the boss and be able to deal a large amount of damage to him.

Attack while the boss doesn't move

Myriad has one AoE attack where he slams his claw into the ground and covers the entire arena in ice. The boss then hangs in the air and slowly spins around itself without attacking the player - at this time you can use all available skills and deal a lot of damage.

During another attack, the boss quickly moves forward, then falls to the ground and stops for a couple of seconds - another opportunity to use your most powerful skills.

    Dodge in time

Sometimes the boss will disappear from the battlefield for a second and then teleport next to you. You can find out where he will appear by the ghostly silhouette (example in the screenshot below). When you see him, immediately run away so as not to take damage.

    Avoid freezing

The boss is able to freeze you, thereby immobilizing your hero. Try to get out of this state as quickly as possible by pressing the A and D buttons on a PC or a special icon on the screen if you are playing on a phone.

    Boss Rewards

To receive rewards you need to spend 60 Wave Plates. You can get:

    • Experience (500 for the first playthrough)
    • Credits (12000 for the first playthrough)
    • Materials for upgrading characters and weapons
    • Hero Ascension Materials

For your first win you will also receive 20 Astrit.

    Echo Lampylumen Myriad

    Characteristics

    • Class: Overlord
    • Cost: 4
    • Ability: The character turns into Myriad Lampilumen and performs 3 consecutive attacks. The first 2 hits deal 144–220% and 144–200% Glacio damage. The final blow deals 192–267% Glacio damage. The hits also freeze opponents. Each attack increases the character's damage by 4% Glacio and the damage of the resonance skill for 15 seconds. The effect stacks up to 3 times. You can use Echo again after 20 seconds.

    Possible effects of the sonata

    Icy Frost:

    • 2 items: +10% Glacio damage
    • 5 items: +10% Glacio damage after a normal or heavy attack. The effect stacks up to 3 times, each stack lasts 15 seconds

    Who to give Echo to

Echo is perfect for main and secondary damage dealers who have the Glacio element.

    Character Advantages

    Lingyang

The ability to freeze opponents is essential for this hero. While in the air, Lingyang is vulnerable to attacks from mobs and cannot always dodge in time. Echo will allow you to control enemies and deal more damage due to set bonuses.

    Sanhua

Echo largely solves Sanhua's problem with tracking the movement of opponents: by freezing them, the heroine will be able to create and explode structures at a comfortable pace. Finally, the damage bonus will increase her value as a secondary damage dealer.

We hope our Lampylumen Myriad guide will help you find, unlock and defeat this boss in Wuthering Waves. You will also find out which character you can transfer the received echo to.
