In this branch, you have to help a character named Iron Tongue Tian in collecting various items. First, break the Hilichurl buildings in the marked place, and then give him the Chaos Device. This item drops from the Ruin Guard mini-boss.

She will tell you about the nests of finches, which may contain the item you need. Nests are located on the roofs of buildings.
