In Genshin Impact Treatment on the Island is Inazuma's world quest, in which you will need to collect naku grass for Yasumoto and protect him from enemies. How to start the quest "Treatment on the Island"
Of course, you must first get to inazuma. After that, head to Yashiori Island and come to the location marked in the screenshot below. It is located at the bottom of Fort Fujito. There, find a pharmacist named Yasumoto and talk to him.
Gather naku grass
This character will ask you for 12 servings of naku grass. We are talking about a local curiosity that grows on the archipelago. IN separate guide we told you where you can find this plant in large quantities.
The images above also show a couple of locations where you can quickly get a few necessary flowers. We are talking about the Great Temple of Narukami and Tatarasune. After collecting the required amount of resources, take them to Yasumoto.
Protect Yasumoto
On the next game day, meet with the pharmacist during the time period from 18:00 to 24:00 and talk to him again. Next, you will need to protect him from many opponents, including Nobushi and Kairagi.
We advise you to stay away from the cliff and protect your characters with shields. Then lure opponents towards you and attack with melee heroes. After dealing with the mobs, talk to Yasumoto again. This completes the main quest, and as a reward you will receive 250 adventure points, 30 source stones, 3 hero experience and 30,000 Mora.
How to get the "A Doctor’s Odyssey" achievement
Although the quest has ended, you can still get valuable items from the herbalist and unlock a special trophy. To do this, you need to bring him 12 naku grass daily and put it in front of the house in a bamboo basket (see screenshots below). As a reward, you will receive chests. This will last 3 days. On the 4th day, the basket will be full. Next, activate the sense of the elements to see the footprints.
Where to find the herbalist's diaries
You will need to find 3 notes using the sense of the elements. The map and screenshots below show the exact locations. The first can be found on a crate in the northern part of Fort Fujito. The second lies in the eastern area of this location, and the third is hidden next to a tree north of Musojin Gorge.
When you find all the diaries, head to the coast in the location of the Jakotsu mine. There you will find a precious chest and a basket of naku grass. By the way, you will receive the achievement immediately after finding the 3rd note.
