How to start the quest "The Fate of a Fighter"
First of all, you will need to complete the 2nd chapter of the 2nd Thoma of the quest of the archons called "Stillness, the Sublimation of Shadow". Next, go to the Nazuchi Beach and get to the wreckage of a huge ship. There you will encounter a group of pirates and a samurai. The screenshots below show the desired location.
Tidy up the pirate camp
Deal with all the enemies, and then chat with the rescued fighter. He will be at the top of the ship. Next, head to the pirate camp, located on an unnamed island between Yashiori and Tatarasuna. Move to some hill nearby, and then glide down (shown in the screenshot).

How to unlock the "Oh Humanity" achievement
Find Pirate Journals
First, you will need to deal with 4 groups of enemies located on the Nazuchi Beach, not far from the shipwreck. The screenshots below show their location. These opponents are guarding pirate journals (3 pieces) that must be read.
When you deal with all the pirates, the quest "The Fate of a Fighter" will continue. You will need to return to Inaba Kyuzo. There you will find the Samurai's suicide note. Pick it up and read it.
Witness the fate of Inaba Kyuzo
Teleport to the Jakotsu Mine and head to the marked area. There, deal with three kairagi. As soon as you kill them, you will be given a trophy "Oh humanity". You will also complete the second part of the quest for 300 XP, 40 Source Stones, 4 Hero XP, and 30,000 Mora.
