Whispering Crane and White Rabbit in Genshin Impact Walkthrough

    Zorthrus

In Genshin Impact The whispers of the crane and the white rabbit are the first chapter ayaka legends quests titled "Grus Nivis Chapter". As part of it, you have to complete several tasks for the princess, tracking down thieves, dealing with ronin, preparing new dishes and finding suspicious places using hints. If you're having trouble completing these tasks, check out our guide.

How to start the Whispering Crane and White Rabbit chapter

To do this, you will need to meet two conditions, namely:

Immediately after completing the above mission, exit the tea house to start the quest chain you need.

    A Private Commission

Exit the Komore Tea House after completing the "A Flower Blooms in a Prison" quest. After that, a cut-scene with Ayaka will immediately begin. After viewing it, the mission will end, and you will receive 200 adventure points, 13,925 pestilence, 6 adventurer experience and 3 magical enhancement ore.

    Woven Wishes

Head to Ogura's Fabrics and Kimonos

The Shop you need is located directly opposite the souvenir shop. There will be a long cut-scene where Kamisato Ayaka wants to order a kimono, however there is not enough silk since Inazuma has closed its borders.

Go to the International Trade Association

Teleport to the fast travel point on Rito Island. There you will need to find Kurisu. It looks like it's not in its usual place. Head east of the square and go up the stairs to trigger a cutscene with him. Apparently, some bandits stole his silk. We decide to help him in order to get some material.

    Go for footprints

Move to a waypoint near Rito (to the east) and check out the small beach to the north. When you get here, you will find footprints in the sand next to a broken wagon. Start following the footprints on the ground. Head northeast and climb up the hill, then turn south towards the river, next to which you will find thugs.

First you have to fight with three ronin, and immediately after defeating them, two more ronin and a couple of treasure thieves will appear. However, they shouldn't cause you any problems.

When you deal with all the opponents, the cut-scene with Kurisu will continue - he will check the silk and try to give it to you for free. However, Kamisato Ayaka will still pay, as she knows how hard life is for merchants.

Go back to Ogura's Cloths and Kimonos and give the shopkeeper the silk you just received. Then we watch a long video. This completes the quest, and you will receive 525 adventure points, 35,475 pestilence, 4 hero experience and 8 magical enhancement ore.

    Food From Afar

    Chat with Anna Kiminami

It's time to have dinner With You the princess! Anna is the owner of a restaurant located next to the blacksmith. When you get close to the right place, a cut-scene will play and Ayaka will have to leave you for a while. Shortly after, there will be an explosion and Kamisato Ayaka will come running towards you again.

Looks like she was trying to cook a meal for her mom's friend. The girl wants to do something unusual and Paimon will offer mushroom pizza. Go to the cauldron right next to Ayaka and start cooking the dish. To create it you will need the following Recipe Item:

    • Mushroom x3
    • Flour x3
    • Cabbage x2
    • Cheese x1

At this point, you probably already have all the necessary items on hand. If necessary, they can be purchased from merchants in Liyue Harbor and Mondstadt. After preparing the mushroom pizza, pass it to your companion. Then watch another cut-scene. When it ends, chat with Anna again and watch the new cutscene.

Next, return to the fabric shop and pick up the clothes. The quest will complete and you will be rewarded with 475 adventure points, 31,125 pestilence, 4 hero experience points, 7 magical enhancement ores, and a hairpin in the shape of an egret (gift from Kamisato Ayaka and decor item).

    Lasting Promise

Head to the location indicated on the notebook

At first glance, it may seem that this location is inside Inazuma Castle, but in fact it is located under it. Under the fortress there is a small cave. Get to the edge of the cliff and glide down. Then immediately turn around and approach the marker below to trigger a new cutscene. The screenshots below show the correct location.

Find suspicious places and explore the bush

Head southeast to the exit on the other side, but keep your eyes on the north. You will see some blue bushes on a higher ledge. We also advise you to use the sense of the elements so that Paimon comments on the clues and points to the right place.

Note: There will be other suspicious stone walls, but there will be nothing behind them.

Climb up there and you'll find a large rock in the wall that looks cracked. Examine it, and then select the following options:

    1. Knock once.
    2. Knock four times.
    3. Knock seven times.

Once you do this, a new passage will open up. Go into the formed niche and inspect the mysterious box. In it you will find Tsubaki's notebook. Head to the marked area to trigger a long cutscene. Note that you do not need to get out of the cave - the necessary point is under the lock (see the screenshot below).

During the video, we see that Kamisato Ayaka, apparently, has finally found the answers to her questions. The quest will then end and you will receive 525 Adventure Points, 35,475 Pestilence, 4 Hero XP, and 8 Enchantment Magic Ore.

    With You

    Go to Amakane Island

Amakane Island is located northwest of Inazuma City and southwest of Konda Village.

As soon as you arrive at the right place, the festival will begin. Everything is quite simple here - we go from one counter to another, looking through cute cut-scenes. Continue following Ayaka and then return to the forest south of the Kamisato estate. There you will see a beautiful dance.

When the cutscene ends, the chapter will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive 500 Adventure Points, 60 Source Stones, 5 Grace Directions, 34,075 Pestilence, 4 Hero XP, and 7 Enchantment Magic Ores.
