How to start a task
Before proceeding with the quest, turn off all 8 extractors in desert camps. We told about where to find them in a separate guide. You may also need to complete the archons quest first "The Morn a Thousand Roses Brings" .
Now go to one of the camps located south of the Clear Monument. When you get closer, you will see a cut-scene with a conversation between Fatui's agent Oleg and the bandit Kasim.
Note: If there is no one in the specified location, then move to another location, log out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login. Then scroll the time forward a little in the Paimon menu and go to the desired point again.
Fight Oleg
Fatui will notice you and the battle will begin. In terms of strength, Oleg is not much different from other agents, so the battle should not be difficult for you.
After your victory, Fatui will run away and accidentally leave a sheet with an emergency adjustment plan.
Go to the second camp
The next point on your route is a camp northeast of Mount Devantaki. Here you will meet Oleg again and he will fight you again and then run away.
Third camp
Head to the camp north of the Gandha slope. And here the situation with Fatui will be completely repeated.
Fourth camp
There is a teleport on the mountain to the west of Vanarana. From it go down to the south, to the last camp.
Here you will meet Kasim, who will also need to be fought.
Interrogate Kasim
You will have to find out from the bandit how he is connected with Fatui. In a conversation with him, there are no right or wrong answers, they only affect whether you have to look for additional information.
If you accuse Kasim of lying, he will give up and tell you all about the Fatui stronghold, mentioning the beacons and the password.
If you believe the bandit, then he will be able to distract you and escape.
Find clues in the camp
Not having received the necessary information from Kasim, you will be forced to look for it yourself. Fortunately, A Note with the necessary information is right there on the box.
Head to the secret camp and light the fires
Teleport to the mountain north of Pardis Dhyai. The camp is located a little to the southwest.
Using the Paimon menu, rewind time to night (from 20:00 to 06:00) and use the Pyro skill to light 4 beacons in any order.
Note: If nothing happened to you after activating the torches, then try scrolling the time again to tomorrow night (20:00-06:00).
Go to stronghold
You have to find a cave located to the west of the Clear Monument. The most convenient way to get to it is from the teleport on the mountain in the northwest.
You will see a grate and Oleg behind it, name the correct password and follow him.
Fight Oleg
The agent will recognize you and lead you to the point to start the battle. You will have to defeat not only him, but also Pyro and Geo skirmishers.
Talk to Rukh Shah
After your victory, Oleg will be taken away by members of the Brigade of Thirty. Rukh-Shah will thank you for exposing Fatui and give you a reward: 50 Primogems, 400 Adventure XP, 40,000 Mora, 4 Hero XP Books, and Enhance Ores. In addition, you will receive the achievement " Open Sesame!» (gives 5 Source Stones).
