Go to a meeting
Go to the Goethe Hotel. Natasha's family will be waiting for you very close to the fast travel point.
After talking with your mother, you and Natasha will be left alone to discuss the meeting. Immediately, the butler of their family will approach you and tell you about the messages from Dr. Vasha, which he has been receiving for some time. He will give these letters to Natasha.
Find traces of Dr. Vasha
Natasha will want to find the traces left by her brother and his experiments and will ask you for help. Head to the Suburban Snowfields. The first piece of evidence will be waiting for you in an abandoned house. Be careful: while exploring the location, you can stumble upon various monsters.
After inspecting the first place, continue your search. Along the way, you'll encounter Silvermane Sentinels on guard duty. They will tell you everything that they themselves managed to learn about your during their service.
After the conversation, go to the last known location where you can find traces of the doctor. Before examining the evidence, you will have to deal with the ice monsters, which will have fire, air and quantum vulnerabilities.
After the victory, talk to Natasha and discuss the papers you found. The girl will ask you for the last time for help. She will be waiting for you to the right of the house so that you can build a tombstone for her brother together. This will complete the mission.
