In Honkai: Star Rail Total Recall is companion's mission, in which you have to help March 7 regain his memories. To do this, you will again need to use the Matrix of Foresight on Luofu Xianzhou, and then look for distortions in the memories. Walkthrough of the companion mission “Total Recall”
How to start a task
Before you can undertake its implementation, you will need to meet a couple of important conditions, which include:
- Reach at least 34th Mastery level.
- Complete the story mission called "The end of the burial, the beginning of the journey", unfolding at Luofu Xianzhou.
Having dealt with the above requirements, wait for a special message to arrive on your in-game smartphone. In this case, your character can be in any location. If nothing happens, then try teleporting to another area and/or logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-enter the game.
Ask Fu Xuan for help
Teleport to the Meeting Room anchor in the Divination Commission, then go up the stairs and talk to Fu Xuan. Then travel to the Supreme Matrix of Foresight and speak with the Supreme Seer again. You can choose any items.
Then approach March 7 and Fu Xuan to place the former in the Foresight Matrix. Next, you'll need to complete a reconnaissance challenge where the map will be disabled and you'll face a number of enemies.
"Memories" March 7
In this “dungeon” you will have to fight with Distortion, which is vulnerable to physical, wind and imaginary damage, so we advise you to take damage dealers of the corresponding elements. Plus, you must have Fu Xuan in your squad (you will be given a trial version of her).
Once in the space generated by the matrix, watch the video, and then enter into dialogue with Fu Xuan with his hand on his hip. After this, the battle with the cloud knights will begin. Their vulnerabilities are shown in the screenshot below.
Find the "distorted" part of the memory
Next, you will need to find a character who should not be in this memory - we are, of course, talking about Jing Yuan, who can be found next to the fruit stand. Enter into dialogue with him, and then fight new enemies - their vulnerabilities are shown in the screenshot below.
A heater from Belobog will suddenly appear - interact with it to return to older memories.
Then you will arrive at the Goethe Hotel, or rather the Sampo Hotel. You will need to find the next distortion - it is Zele. First listen to her conversation with Armor, and then interact with the Wildfire member again and remove the distortion. Enemy vulnerabilities are shown in the picture below.
After the battle, a tablet from the Hertha space station will appear - click on it to travel to even older memories.
Once at the station, you will immediately speak with Dan Heng. Apparently, you arrived at the moment when the Gertha was attacked by the Antimatter Legion. Run forward after your companion. Next, you again have to find the “distortion” - it is the Pathfinder. Talk to him and enter into another fight.
Next, go forward into the next room and look to the right - you will find a messenger from the Garden of Memories. Chat with him to start a new battle. This time you will have to fight the boss Distortion. His most dangerous attack is the launch of a charged arrow - try to prevent this by breaking through the enemy's vulnerability before completing the attack.
Find a way to leave this memory
After dealing with the enemies, you will be taken to the Star Express. Run forward along the corridor, watching fragments of memories. When you examine the door, you will again find yourself at the beginning of the path. Again, go forward and repeat the cycle of going back until Fu Xuan appears and tells you to go back.
Turn around and enter the door at the back. You will be taken to the room March 7. During the cut-scene, the girl interacts with a floating piece of ice, which will teleport you to another location, where you can talk with the messenger.
Then follow him forward and explore the memories. Once you see part of your blocked memory, you will return back to the real world. Chat with Fu Xuan one last time to complete the quest. As a reward, you will receive 450 Mastery Points, 100 Star Jades, 8 Adventure Logs, 90,000 Credits, 8 Lost Crystals and 6 Oaths of Frozen Steel.
Plus, the Supreme Seer can now visit the Star Express. Talking to her will net you at least 10 Star Jades. Let’s add that you will unlock the “Surging Bitterness” achievement, for which you will receive 5 more jades.
