How to start a task
It is known that the quest becomes available after completing the Archons quest "Like light rain for no reason". Some players are reporting that they also need to complete world quests "A Fontainian Message" And "Ancient Colors".
The beginning of the quest is not displayed on the map - it will begin as soon as you visit the "Steam Bird" - the newspaper office, next to which you still receive reputation awards.
You will find a squabble between Melusine Talokard and editor Yenk. Talocard accuses Yenk of killing Monsieur Arthur, a mechanical bird that announced Fontaine: Big News every day but recently disappeared. Editor Euphrasia and assistant Talokard, mek "Duga", will join the investigation.

Return to the house and go to the small wooden pier.
How to find a knife underwater
You will see a quest marker from afar - dive underwater and swim east towards it.
Near the remains of the wooden boat, borrow the power of the xenochrome crab and destroy the Hoverlight Rocks. There you will find an armored crab, a rich chest and a knife.
