In Honkai: Star Rail Long day goes into night is exploration mission, which takes place in Penaconia. You will go to the entertainment planet at the invitation of the Family and take part in the festive banquet of the Charm Festival. Before this, you will be taken to the Dream World and meet the Galaxy Ranger Acheron. In this guide we will tell you how to start and complete this line of exploration missions.
How to start the exploration mission "Long Day's Journey into Night"
Before you can undertake its implementation, you have to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least 34th Mastery level.
- Complete the exploration mission called "The end of the burial, the beginning of the journey" from the chain “The clouds of fate are scattered, the banners are lowered.”
When you deal with the marked requirements, the first mission of the line should automatically appear in your journal. If this does not happen, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login. Then return to the Starlight Express General Car and talk to the other crew members.
Talk to the crew
You can first listen to the latest episode of the Interstellar World broadcast (optional) by interacting with the screen standing on the table to the right of Welt. Thus, you will learn about the latest events that have occurred in the galaxy.
Next, chat with the members of the Star Express. They will all be marked on your mini-map with quest markers, so you can easily find them. They will tell you about Penaconia, the planet of celebrations ruled by the Family. After chatting with friends, sit on the sofa and wait for the hyperjump. After this, the intermediate task starts "There's a knock on the door at the crack of dawn".
Leave the strange room
Suddenly you find yourself in the Dream World, where you meet an unfamiliar girl. She will tell you to follow her. Go through the door that looks like a keyhole. Then turn left and go to Acheron.
Go through the double doors and go down into the spacious hall. Then cross the golden bridge to start walking along the wall. Go to the golden liquid on the other side, returning to your usual plane. Chat with the Galaxy Ranger again. Keep running after her. Along the way, you can listen to conversations between familiar and unfamiliar characters.
At the end of the path, talk to Acheron again. She will ask you some questions. They may have an impact on something in the future, so we advise you to answer honestly and not with a bang. We will update this section if the answers actually mean something. This interim mission will then come to an end and you will return to the Star Express.
Meet March 7
After talking with Pom-Pom, go to the Sleeping Car and chat with March 7 there. Say that you are ready if you want to go to Penaconia right now. This will bring the task to an end.
As a reward, you will receive 400 Mastery points, 50 star jades, 40 thousand credits, 4 traveler's guides, 3 purified ether and 3 lost crystals. The next mission, “Chasing the Dream,” will begin immediately.
