How to start a task
If you have not yet opened Petrichor, then move to the teleporter, which will automatically unlock in the southern part of Fontaine if you completed the story quest "Song of the Dragon and Freedom". Then interact with the Hydro Archon statue ahead to reveal a map of the Nostoi area.
You should see an exclamation point icon indicating the location of the quest giver. Go down a little to a group of people and watch a short video. You will learn about a certain Dark Lord and his golems.
Defeat the "robbers" and head to Petrichor

When the conversation is over, run along the path upstairs after the cat. Along the way you can activate the teleport.
