In Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) Is Blood Thicker than Water? is an exploration mission in which you need to help a Security Service employee find her daughter named Liz. You will then need to move forward with her, solving small puzzles. If you have difficulty getting and completing this quest, then check out our walkthrough.
Walkthrough of the mission "Relatives not by blood" in ZZZ
How to start an order "Is Blood Thicker than Water?"
Before you can access this task, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Raise Internet level at least until the 26th.
- Get to "Chapter 2: Interlude" while completing the main storyline of the game.
- Complete the side quest "Pap-A gets to work".
Once you have sorted out the requirements, start carefully examining the area in front of your video rental. One day, you should notice an Anxious Security Service employee opposite it - go up to her and talk to her. She will tell you about her daughter who disappeared in the cavern.
After that, OrdinaryLazy will contact you by phone. Chat with him to start the mission "Relatives Not by Blood" and take a new order. Now enter the video rental store, interact with the HDD system and find the desired order in Chapter 2. Note that the enemies in it, apparently, are randomly selected, so just take your most pumped fighters.
Deal with the Ethereals and find Liz
Immediately after the start of the order, the combat test will begin. As we have already noted above, the opponents are chosen randomly. We first had to fight with the observation mechanisms. Having dealt with them, go up on the elevator higher. Then we entered into a fight with the Wanted Tormentor, who is resistant to ice and has both melee and ranged attacks.
Having dealt with all the opponents, go to the boxes indicated by the marker and find the robocar among them. As it turns out, it is that same Liz. The Security Service employee considers this robot to be her daughter. Having finished the conversation with it, you will return to the playing field.
Move forward with Liz
Here you will have to build your route correctly again so that Liz repeats it and picks up all the materials. Next, we will indicate in detail the optimal paths for collecting all the resources and avoiding dangerous cells - the fact is that some of them increase the level of infection.
The first puzzle
So, follow the route shown in the picture below to collect four coins and get the 1st Surveillance Data Packet.
The second puzzle
In the second area, one cell on the right will be hidden. You need to go a little to the right first to see it. The entire route is shown in the image below. Beware of the telepause cells. You will collect 6 coins, 2 briefcases and the 2nd surveillance data package.
The third puzzle
As in the previous area, try to avoid the red and purple cells to avoid increasing the infection level. Here you can collect 3 coins, 1 purple briefcase and the 3rd surveillance data package.
Defeat the Ethereals
Next comes the combat test. Deal with a group of regular Ethereals, then get on the elevator and go up. Destroy a few more enemies. There may be elites among them, so be careful.
This will complete the order. If you followed our instructions, you will receive an "S" rating and the maximum reward: 30 polychromes, 418 Internet credits, 22 thousand denni and upgrade materials.
Now exit the video store and approach the Anxious Security Officer. Listen to her conversation with Liz. This will complete the quest.
