IN Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer is an intermediate episode main storyline, during which you will have to help Yanagi pick out a movie from your video rental store. In this guide, we will tell you how to start and complete this mission.

How to start a task
Before you can take on this story quest, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least 34th Internet level.
- Complete the fourth chapter of the main storyline called "Inferno Cross".
Once you've completed the requirements, you should automatically receive a new mission. Simply open your diary and start tracking the corresponding task. Then, chat with your sister/brother to learn that a FIST member has been spotted on the street.
Head to Soup Falls and talk to Yanagi
Move to the noodle shop on Sixth Street and engage in a conversation with Tsukiro Yanagi, who will have an exclamation mark hanging over her head. During the conversation with her, choose any answers, as they will only slightly change the dialogue, without affecting the ending and rewards. The girl will want to rent a tape from your video store.
Return to your store, where a new conversation with the FIST operative will immediately begin. She will ask you for advice on choosing a movie. Again, you can choose any answers, since she will want to take it anyway. "Work is waiting for you!" . Then the girl will leave. Talk to your sister/brother. You will understand that Yanagi forgot to take the tape.
Find Yanagi on the subway
Exit the video store and run to the very end of Sixth Street to find Yanagi there. Talk to the girl again and give her the tape. She will thank you, which will lead to the end of the dialogue.
Now you can return to the video store, which will complete the mission. Unfortunately, you will not receive any reward for completing it.
