Yesterday took place Live Stream according to update 2.1 for Honkai: Star Rail, during which the developers revealed a lot of new information about upcoming content. In this news we have collected their main statements.
First let's talk about banners. In the first half of the patch, Acheron (Oblivion: Electric) will be released and Lochi (Abundance: Imaginary) rerun will take place. They will be accompanied by: Gallagher (Abundance: Fire), Dan Heng (Hunting: Windy) and Pela (Nothingness: Ice). In “Sparkling Fixation” you can get the signatures of the above legendary characters: “Along the Vanishing Shore” (Nothingness) and “Echoes of the Coffin” (Abundance).
In the second phase, Aventurine (Save: Imaginary) will be released and Jingliu (Destruction: Ice) will be reran. Among the 4-star heroes, you will be able to get Lynx (Abundance: Quantum), Serval (Erudition: Electric) and Luca (Oblivion: Physical) with an increased probability. The weapon banner will feature the signatures of the above heroes: “Unfair Fate” (Preservation) and “I Shall Be My Own Sword” (Destruction).
Of course, the developers intend to continue the Penaconia storyline by releasing a new quest chain called “Devil in Velvet,” which will consist of 6-7 separate missions, for completing which you will be able to get more than 600 star jades. In them you will be able to meet many new characters, including the cybernetic cowboy Boothill (Hunt: Physical) from the Galaxy Rangers organization.
The events of these quests will unfold on the territory of three new locations, among which will be a Thematic Entertainment Park dedicated to filming. Here you can find not only new activities, chests and riddles, but also dungeons in which you can farm the materials necessary to level up Gallagher, Acheron and Aventurine.
In one of the story missions, players will also have to fight a new boss - a strengthened version of Aventurine. It is highly likely that it will be added later either to Virtual universe, either in Hall of Oblivion.
The company also did not forget about the anniversary of the game, preparing many surprises for fans. For example, they will be able to play a unique browser event with several mini-games, and will also receive a ton of gifts, including 1,600 Star Jades (to be awarded on April 26) and 20 special Star Passes.
Among other things, the Virtual Universe will be expanded again by adding World 9. In it, the boss will be a monster "Something to Death". For completing this dungeon, you will be able to obtain two new planar decorations: “Barren Sigonia” and “The World of Izumo and the Kingdom of Takama.”
Of course, new events will be held. The main one will be the “Star Odyssey” event, designed in the form of a monopoly. There are also plans to add more difficult versions of some puzzles, including Brother Han's Escape.
