After the first details appeared about summer event V Genshin Impact insiders decided to talk about the innovations that are expected in the game With You with the release of Natlan. Let us remind you that the release of the new region is not expected soon, and all information provided by leakers may change. So, Foul shared that in version 5.0 we will be able to upgrade characters to level 100 (currently the maximum level is 90). How many resources will have to be spent on this, and how the full leveling of the heroes’ talents will change, is currently unknown.
Source GuraLeak also revealed many details about the features of Natlan:
- The territory available for exploration in the new region in version 5.0 will occupy approximately the same area as Sumeru at the time of patch 3.1 (jungle + the first of three parts of the desert).
- A special mechanic will appear in Natlan, which is currently called “Quick Research”. Insiders have not yet provided details on how exactly this innovation works.
- After the release of Natlan, the value of Cryo and Hydro characters will noticeably increase. It is unknown whether this will be related to the talents of some specific heroes, the abilities of enemies, or special mechanics like pneuma and ousia in Fontaine.
- We are also expecting some new mechanics related to artifacts.
- Sets released in Sumeru will be available for re-crafting at the alchemy table: Gilded Dreams, Deepwood Memories, Desert Pavilion Chronicle, Flower of Paradise Lost, Nymph’s Dream And Vourukasha’s Glow.
If there are no changes to the usual developer schedule, then players will be able to personally try out all the new mechanics at the end of summer.
