In Genshin Impact aranars are fabulous creatures that live in Sumeru. In total, you can find 76 such creatures. Many of them give various Achievement: Challenger: you need to sing a song on the Ancient Lyre, solve riddles, collect certain materials, save them from enemies, or play mini-games with them.
By finding and helping the aranars, you will unlock secret achievements ("For Meritorious Service" and "Be Please Play Safely") and gain access to the chests located in the secret cave, which is accessed by completing the quest "Static Views, Part 2". In this guide, we will show the location of all aranar and tell you how to fulfill their requests.
Preparing to search for aranar
Before you start finding these creatures, you should fulfill a few mandatory and additional conditions:
- Complete the world quest called "The World of Aranara" to get the Book of Aranyaka.
- Be sure to open the Great Dream Song, Song of the dark path And Song of the animal trail. You may also need Rhythm of Revival.
- You will often need local curiosities and Sumeru plants, so prepare appropriate supplies in advance.
- However, many materials can be purchased from merchants of Sumeru.
- Find all chests by pictures from Mysterious Album.
- Be sure to take a character to the dendro squad (free Traveler ).
We also recommend that you start searching for aranar after completing Aranyaka quest chains, since you will often need to get to the locations opened as part of these tasks.
Where to find all aranar
The image below shows the approximate location of all aranars in Sumeru. Next, we will show in detail where they can be found. We advise you to keep before your eyes interactive map of the dendro region to better navigate the terrain and, if necessary, quickly find the necessary materials.
Aranara 1
- Location: Gandharva
Found in the cave you visit during the world quest "Head of the Starry Night". He will ask you for 1 Mushroom, 1 Reanimated Mushroom Mushroom and 1 Burnt Mushroom Mushroom.
Get to the location shown below to find 3 star mushrooms. Collect one of them. Then hit the second Pyro with an attack, and hit the third one with an Electro element. As a result, you will get a regular, animated and burnt star mushrooms. Take them to the Aranare.
Aranara 2
- Location: Gandharva
Can be found in the same cave as the previous one - it is in the house upstairs. Just hit the aranar with any dendro attack and talk to him.
Aranara 3
Location: Gandharva
From the previous creature, jump down and to the left of the house. You will find another small hut near the cave wall. Kill the enemies and hit the aranar dendro with the elements.
Aranara 4
- Location: Chinvat Gorge
Go to the specified area and look for a fabulous creature near the waterfall. Talk to him. He will ask you Nilotpala Lotus And Viparyas (grows only in Vanaran of dreams). In separate guides, we told where you can find these curiosities.
Aranara 5
- Location: Gadnha slope
It can be found on a ledge near a waterfall, northeast of the region's capital. Elemental strike a dendro creature.

The desired location is located in the cave where the secret world quest ends. "Legends of the Stone Lock" so you have to go through it first. This guide shows you how to get to the arena with the boss and the aranars. If after using the portal you suddenly find yourself in the water, as shown in the screenshot below, then log out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login. The bug will have to disappear, and you will find yourself in a spacious room with enemies. Sometimes the error cannot be solved the first time. In this case, try quitting the game a few times or wait until the next day.
Next, deal with all the mobs and go to the right side of the location to the three branches with stones. You can solve this mini puzzle to get a chest. To do this, lower the first Pyro branch with an attack, raise the third Dendro with an attack and revive the second Dendro and Electro attacks (everything is described in detail in the screenshot below).
Then play the lyre again near the second portal. Enter it and you will finally meet the last aranara. Before him, you need to perform the Song of the Great Dream. Don't forget to open the awesome chest behind him.
Achievement "For Meritorious Service"
After finding all the aranar and fulfilling their requests, return to the cave where you previously found many chests (9th drawing from the Mysterious Album). Talk to Araminal there.
After that, you will be able to open one luxurious and two precious chests, standing in the center of the location. Immediately after that, you will receive a secret trophy "For Meritorious Service".
