In Genshin Impact, the Water ball puzzles in Mirage Velurium are one of the varieties puzzles temporary summer region. As part of them, you need to interact with Hydro Eidolons, which can turn into various objects and remove blue barriers. How to find and solve Water ball puzzles in Mirage Velurium
At this point in time, 25 water balloons can be found in this temporary location, each of which has a specific puzzle associated with it. For solving a riddle, you will receive chests that, in addition to the usual rewards, contain celebration coupons.
The map above shows the approximate location of all Hydro Eidolons in Mirage Velurium. Next, we will tell you in detail how to find them and solve all the puzzles with them.
Water ball 1
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Go to the northern part of the town, to the beginning of the gorge. In the indicated place, you will find an ordinary chest, covered with a water barrier. A little ahead you can see the Hydro Eidolon, surrounded by molds. Deal with opponents so that the drop can open access to the chest for you.
It will automatically fly to the right place. If the ball does not move, it means that you have not killed all the molds.
Water ball 2
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
From the previous ball, go southwest and climb up to the ledge. There, at the foot of the mountain, you will see an ordinary chest behind a blue barrier. Interact with the suspicious purple flower to spawn a Hydro Eidolon. Then ask him for help and he will remove the orb. Note that when you try to snatch other flowers, jumpers will pounce on you.
Water ball 3
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Go to the pier located in the northeastern part of the town. Pick up the Dendrogranum here and hit the boulder with your charged attack to raise it. Go to the roots and choose an option "Where are you!"
to find a drop. She will fly to a regular chest and remove the Hurdle.
Water balloon 4
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
From the previous ball, move southeast to the waterfall. Near it you will find Hydro totems and a barrel. Interact with the latter to summon Hydro Eidolon, and then ask him for help.
Then activate the monuments in the order indicated by the droplet. Just in case, we indicated the desired order in the screenshot below. After that, you will be able to open a rich chest.
Water ball 5
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Go to the wooden platform located in the northeastern part of the town and interact with the sign to play hide and seek with the Hydro Eidolons. They will turn into various objects that you will need to find. Interact with the crystal on the roof, the flower on the door, and the floating barrel to collect the contents of the precious chest.
Water ball 6
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Travel to the southwest teleporter in the Garden of Silver Vessels, and then follow the path down and north. To the left, you'll find a small wooden platform with awnings, crates, and a Hydro Eidolon, next to which is a table and an empty plate. You will need to feed the droplet with apples three times to solve the puzzle. We talked about this in more detail in separate guide.
Water ball 7
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
From the previous ball, go southwest along the river until you reach a waterfall. At its foot, find a barrel and interact with it. Then ask for help from the emerging Hydro eidolon. Follow him to a regular chest, from which he will remove the Hurdle.
Water ball 8
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Move to the southwest teleport of the town, and then go a little north to the area with the sign - interact with it to play hide and seek with the Hydro Eidolons. You will need to interact with the vase, the box on the tent, and the box under the tent. After that, you can take the contents of the precious chest.
Water ball 9
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
The official map shows two Hydro Eidolons at this location, however both are connected to the same puzzle, so we listed them as one water ball. So, go to the area south of the teleport, and then interact with the barrel and the flower bush, which are shown in the pictures below.
As a result, two droplets will appear. Ask them to change their disguise - they will turn into flower beds, and a rich chest will appear nearby.
Water balloon 10
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
From the previous ball, go east and jump off the cliff down to the pond. There, on a small ledge, you will find an ordinary chest in a barrier. A droplet will hover a little lower next to him. Approach her so that she goes to the chest and unlocks it for you.
Water ball 11
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
Move to the central teleport of the town, and then go a little to the west and jump off the edge of the cliff. Start glide to the southwest and land on the islet shown in the screenshots below, where the Hydro Totems are located.
Next, grab the Dendrogranums and hit the boulder with a charged attack to lift it up and release the Hydro Eidolon. Start following him to remove the blue barriers from the two monuments.
Now you will need to activate the Hydro Totems in a certain sequence (any order will probably work), as shown in the picture below.
Water ball 12
- Location: Garden of Silver Vessels
From the previous ball, go to the edge of the cliff and jump down, starting to glide in a southeast direction. Next to the wooden tower you will find a chest covered with a barrier. A little lower there will be a blue flower that you need to interact with. A droplet will appear, which will unlock a regular chest for you.
Water ball 13

From the last orb, go even further southeast to the pool and interact with the Hydro Eidolon here. It will show you in what order you need to activate the Hydro Monuments. Just in case, we have shown the necessary order in the screenshot below. If you did everything right, then a precious chest will appear.
Water ball 14
- Location: overgrown valley
Sit on the buggy located near the western teleporter of the Garden of Silver Vessels and get to the second cave. In the middle of it, get off the transport and deal with a group of Pyro slimes. After saving Hydro Eidolon, follow him to the rich chest.
Water ball 15
- Location: overgrown valley
Move to the western teleporter in the indicated area, and then go east. In the pond next to the hilichurl, you will notice bubbles. Approach them and start following the bubbles until you reach an area that you can explore. As a result, Hydro Eidolon will appear, which will remove the Hurdle from a regular chest.
Water balloon 16
- Location: overgrown valley
Head to the railroad junction and select the turquoise flower. Sit in the taratayka and move upstairs. Then, jump off the vehicle at the indicated location and land on the green water lily that contains the Hydro Eidolon. Get close to him and he will move to another plant. Climb onto it and interact with the barrel.
A droplet will appear and then move to another jug and turn into a blue stone. Hit it to make the water ball reappear. Now climb onto the highest water lily near the chest. You will find a stone in it - click on it so that the eidolon will finally unlock the rich chest.
Water balloon 17
- Location: overgrown valley
Just interact with the box located in the place indicated in the pictures below. A Hydro Eidolon will spawn, escorting you straight to a regular chest and removing the Hurdle. Take the treasure.
Water ball 18
- Location: overgrown valley
Return to the rail junction, select the turquoise flower and sit in the gibberish. When you are near the location shown in the screenshots below, jump off the transport and glide down to the precious chest hidden under the blue barrier. Here you have to play hide and seek with the Hydro Eidolons.
Interact with the tablet, and then start looking for droplets that have turned into various objects. They disguised themselves as a box and mudfruit on water lilies, as well as a box on top of a plant. Their location is shown in the pictures below. After finding the water balls, you can pick up treasures.
Water ball 19
- Location: overgrown valley
Return to the railroad junction, select the purple flower, get on the buggy and drive to the first stop in the desert (the entire route is shown on the map). Climb down on it and you will see a locked regular chest inside the house. A little ahead, near the stone, Hydro Eidolon will soar - approach him and escort him to the chest.
Water balloon 20
- Location: overgrown valley
Move to the east teleport of the town in the Garden of Silver Vessels, and then drop down in a southeasterly direction. Get to the gibberish stop shown in the screenshots below and get into it to get to the cave even further south. Quest will start here "The play of light and shadow", within which you will be able to access some of the Hydro Eidolons.
Climb the stairs, jump down and immediately turn around. Go into the passage near the rails for the gibberish and you will find a rich chest - the eidolon will remove the dome from it. If there is a golden Hurdle here, then you need to complete the above task first.

Approach the Hydro Eidolon hovering in front of the bugger, and then start following him to a regular chest. Nearby is the first part of the diary, you need for the task "The play of light and shadow."

After finding the 20th water balloon, continue following the eidolon until you reach a closed grate and two Hydro monuments - activate them with Hydro attacks. Then ask the droplet to “light up” the third totem behind the barred door. As a result, you will open the passage and unlock the chest.

After taking the previous treasure, continue to follow the eidolon, and then save him from the Hilichurls and Mitachurls. As a reward, you will receive a regular chest.
Water ball 24
- Location: overgrown valley
Pass into the passage to the left of the fresco in the cave and go down. Here you will find a drop surrounded by torches. Put out Hydro's braziers with attacks, and then follow the eidolon to a regular chest.
Water ball 25
- Location: overgrown valley
Drop down the hole in the main hall where the gibberish rails lead. Going down, you will find an eidolon surrounded by hilichurls. Deal with the opponents and follow the drop to the chest, dealing with the monsters along the way.
Water balloon 26
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Note that access to this area is opened as part of the second chapter of the storyline of the event called "Trouble in the Garden of Ghostly Mirrors". We advise you to complete this quest before starting to search for orbs in this location.
Move to the teleporter in the indicated area and start walking along the path towards the amusement park. At the fork, turn right into an empty tree. Once outside, move towards the huge projector screen ahead. To the right of it you will find the entrance to the cave.
Go deeper into it, go past the Hydro totems and reach the tent. Near it you will find a suspicious lollipop - interact with it. A Hydro Eidolon will appear, which must be researched to obtain a pestilence.
Water ball 27
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
From the previous orb, go further north in the cave and approach the tent with the eidolons. Then interact with the sign to play hide and seek with the droplets. They will turn into various items that you will need to find. IN separate guide we have considered this riddle in detail.
Water ball 28
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Move to the teleporter in the indicated area and start walking along the path towards the amusement park. At the fork, turn right into an empty tree. Once outside, turn right again and climb onto the ledge next to the Achievement: Challenger mark. On the right side you will see a ladder that you can climb even higher. Here you will encounter a Lavachurl and an Eidolon locked in a cage.
Deal with the monster and release a drop. After that, a precious chest will immediately appear in front of you.
Water ball 29
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
In front of the giant tent, you can find a tent with three eidolons and a rich chest blocked. Play with the drops - they will change places and you will need to choose the right ball. Always choose the central eidolon to win the game.
Water ball 30
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Use the four-leaf symbol hanging at the “Upstairs” of a huge tree above the wooden platform. After climbing up there, fly to another tree with the help of two quatrefoils and interact with the eidolon several times. Then again get over to the first tree and wait for a drop. As a reward, you will receive a regular chest.
Water ball 31
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
It hovers over a wooden platform located near a small pond, next to which other droplets have gathered. Ask him if everything is all right, and then jump into the water. An ordinary chest will appear nearby.
Water ball 32
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Go to the fork in the amusement park and find three eidolons. Choose an option "Quietly observe..."
, and then "Applause!"
And "Ovations!"
. As a result, an ordinary chest will appear.
Water ball 33
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Climb up the ledge in the southeast part of the amusement park and look for a tent with five eidolons and a locked rich chest. You will need to play a game with them.
To solve this puzzle, you must select the drops in a certain order, namely:
- The first eidolon (box with eyes).
- Fourth eidolon (lizard)
- Fifth eidolon (winking box)
- Third eidolon (toy soldier)
- Second eidolon (candy cane)
The picture above shows the correct sequence. If you do everything right, then the rich chest will be unlocked, and you can take the treasures from it.
Water ball 34
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Move to the teleporter in the specified area, jump off the ledge and interact with the suspicious barrel. Follow the emerging eidolon and click on the suspicious bush. Now go for two drops and click on the suspicious box. Then take the treasure from the chest.
Water balloon 35
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
Return to the teleporter, and then move towards the amusement park and turn left at the second fork. Climb up the ledge and keep running forward past the Achievement: Challenger marker. Then turn left and climb onto the wooden scaffolding. On them you will find 3 suspicious boxes - click on them to get a regular chest.
Water ball 36
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
From the previous orb, jump down and go right to the deranged Hydro Eidolon. Then follow him into the cave. Wait until it stops and then start digging. As a result, you will find an ordinary chest.
Water ball 37
- Location: Pavilion of the Hermits
From the past orb, keep going deeper into the cave until you reach a tent in the northeast. Eidolons will float near it. Interact with the sign to start a game of hide and seek.
The first two drops will disguise themselves as a box and a barrel, which will stand on either side of the tent. The third drop has turned into a toy soldier, which is located on top of the awning. Their location is shown in the picture below.
Water balloon 38
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Move to the central teleporter in the Garden of Silver Vessels, go east and jump off the edge of the cliff. Start planning southeast towards the falls. Land near the pond and interact with the sad Hydro Eidolon. Then follow him to the stone block and destroy it. This will release the second droplet.
Follow the first water balloon again - this time climb up the rock. There you will find a drop surrounded by two molds. Deal with the enemies, and then run after the first eidolon again.
Climb down, take the Dendrogranum and hit the flower to summon the four leaf symbols - use them to get to the ledge on the waterfall. On it you will find a barrel. Click on it to reveal the fourth water balloon.
Again, go to the first eidolon and return With You him to the precious chest, from which the Hurdle will fall, and you can take the treasures from it.
Water balloon 39

Follow the path up and on the left you will find a droplet surrounded by Pyro slimes. Defeat the enemies and then follow the Eidolon to the Dendrogranum. Take an archer, summon dendrogranums and shoot three targets for a regular chest.
Water balloon 40
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Move to the area's western teleporter and drop down a bit to the north. Here you will need to find the disguised Eidolons and then activate the Hydro Totems. Approach the tree near the monument and interact with the crate attached to its trunk.
Go to the next tree to the south and interact with the suspicious crystal - it will turn into a drop that will unlock the monument.
Head to the two trees in the north, between which there is a lollipop. Interact with it and examine the eidolon so that it rises higher and turns into an arrow pointing to a box on a branch. Climb up the tree and click on the crate for the water balloon to unlock the last totem.
Now you will need to activate all three monuments with Hydro attacks. You can do this in any order. As a reward, you will receive a rich chest.
Water balloon 41

Go to the indicated point. Here you will find an Eidolon disguised as a box and two Hilichurls. Deal with the enemies, and then go to two drops that will unlock a regular chest for you.
Water balloon 42
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
From the last ball, go up to the southeast and deal with a group of molders next to the boulder. Then hit the Dendro stone with an attack to raise it. Under it you will find a suspicious lamp - interact with it to find an eidolon, which will unlock a regular chest for you.
Water balloon 43
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Move to the teleport in the west of the area, go east and climb the hill to the droplet above which hangs a green question mark. Then start following her until she stops near the stairs and turns into a sign telling you to go under a wooden platform - there you will find a regular chest.
Water balloon 44
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Travel to the teleporter in the center of the area, then run to the area with the theater building, go south and jump off the platform. Start glide towards another cliff with structures to the south. Use the four leaf symbols to get to it.
Then go up to the very top and find a box with a bunch of stones there - interact with it. A new droplet will appear that will take you to a regular chest behind the building.
Water ball 45
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
From the previous ball, go north and jump down to the pond. Here you will find Dendro mines, however, only one of them will be painted blue - interact with it, and then follow the droplet to a regular chest.
Water balloon 46
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
From the previous ball, go further north to the waterfall. Here you will find a precious chest and eidolons willing to play hide and seek with you. To do this, interact with the sign.
So, one of them turned into a box standing right next to the waterfall, the second into a barrel located on a ledge east of the waterfall, and the third into a box surrounded by hilichurls. Deal with the enemies and interact with all the eidolons to unlock the chest.
Water balloon 47
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
This is a puzzle with stage notes "Shaggy Wave". We talked about it in more detail in separate guide. In short, you need to wait until the balls meet at the bow of the ship, and then take a picture of them.
Water balloon 48
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Travel to the area's central teleporter, and then glide southwest onto the wooden platform. Here, look for a locked rich chest with three eidolons gathered around it. They want to play hide and seek with you - click on the sign to start.
The first eidolon turned into a purple crate behind the suitcases, the second into a boulder on top of the box, and the third into a barrel on top of the wooden platform.

From the previous ball, go upstairs and enter the director's tree house. Climb up and start following the eidolon. On the way, click on the suspicious vase and examine the droplet that appears for 200 pestilence. Keep going up to the regular chest.

From the last ball, exit the house outside, go to the edge of the platform and jump down, gliding to the north. Go down to the foot of the mountain, and in the place marked in the pictures below you will find a group of molders standing next to a crate (disguised eidolon). Deal with the enemies, and then go With You with the droplet to the usual chest.

Jump off the ledge and glide to the left towards the two Hydro Squirrels. Near them will be the fourth tomato. Then go down even lower and go west. Next to the tree you will see the fifth sphere. Next, go to the four eidolons, near which a rich chest will appear.

This eidolon is related to the peace quest "Curse of Petrification". Just escort him to the castle to get the chest.

Move to the central teleporter, go up to the platform with the theater building and use the four-leaf symbols to get to the platform behind the red draperies. Then interact with the strange box and click on it - it will go to the other two eidolons ahead.
Then all the drops will turn into boxes and change their positions - you will need to guess which one is the very drop that you touched at the beginning. If you missed it, then just click on the third box on the right. As a reward, you will receive a rich chest.
Water balloon 58
- Location: Theater of Dreamers
Enter the theater building, approach Zosimos and behind him you will see a suspicious vessel. Touch it to make a water ball appear. It will then turn into a springy Mushroom. Jump on it and you can reach the regular chest at the “Upstairs”.
