Drained Conch Cup 1

• Location: Institute of Natural Philosophy

It will be possible to get it after completing the world quest called "Aqueous Tidemarks". Return to the research center by moving to the northern teleport of the specified area. The pictures below show the right place.

Then turn around and run back. Turn right, swim through a small area of ​​water and interact with the console to open the door. Inside you will find a precious chest and Hydroculus. The entire route is shown in the GIF below.

Climb the stairs, approach the table and select the "Read" option.
