In Genshin Impact luxurious chests in the Sea of Antiquity and the Nosta area there are valuable caskets Fontaine, finding and opening which allows you to obtain source stones, pestilence, Hydro seals and useful materials. You can find them when exploring areas added to the game With You the release of update 4.6. In this guide we will show their location and tell you how to open them.
Where to find all the luxury chests in the Sea of Antiquity and the Nosta area
In these areas you can find 9 luxury chests. Some of them are in a visible place, while others are hidden in secluded corners, requiring puzzle solving, completing tasks or performing other actions.
The map above shows the approximate location of these treasures in the marked locations (including those hidden in tombs of the depths ). Next we will look at their receipt in more detail.
Note: Please note that you can gain access to the Sea of Antiquity by completing the quest chain "Canticles of Harmony", so we advise you to complete it first, and only then start looking for chests.
Luxurious chest 1
- Area: Dilapidated Castle
Go to the area in the eastern part of the location, where a huge drawing is painted on the wall. Here you will need to interact with the Unpredictable Scene and complete the bubble collection challenge to unlock the nearby chest. We have described in detail how to get to the specified area and complete the challenge, in separate manual.
Luxurious chest 2
- Area: Street of Nobility
In the western part of the indicated location you can find a locked luxury chest. To remove the Hurdle from it, you have to activate three anemones. To do this, you need to influence three sweet-sounding flowers with the help of spiral octopuses. In separate material We've explained in detail how to do this.
Luxurious chest 3
- Area: Janus Achievement: Gate
In the center of the marked location on the top of the cliff you can find two anemones, to activate which you will need to solve a couple of small puzzles related to spiral octopuses. At the end you will have to pass a simple test. We talked about this in more detail in another guide.
Luxurious chest 4
- Area: Capitol Hill
In the western part of the indicated location you will see three anemones, near which there is a locked luxurious chest. Here you will again have to activate the anemones by solving several octopus-related riddles. Their location and solution are presented in our other article.
Luxurious chest 5
- Region: Caesarium
Go to the secret location south of the Janus Gate and find the Nameless Stone Statue there. Interact with her and agree to take the test. You will have to fight several waves of vishaps. Having dealt with all the monsters, you will remove the blue Hurdle and be able to go into the treasure cave. More detailed information is presented in our separate material.
Luxurious chest 6
- Area: Court of Harmonies
In the eastern part of the marked area, you will find two anglerfish stopped next to a barrier with a chest behind it. To remove it, you have to solve a couple of octopus-related riddles. You can read more about this in our separate article.
Luxurious chest 7
- Region: Port Anticus
Head north from the Janus Gate to a secret area where there is no water. In the indicated place, on a ledge, you will find another locked chest. To gain access to it you will have to find three fairies and lead them to the houses. We showed their location in separate material.
Luxurious chests 8-9
They are found in the tombs of the depths located in the Sea of Ancient. The pictures below show their location. You can read more about these sanctuaries in our separate manual.
