Which characters are suitable for The Widsith
Thanks to the bonus to critical damage , The Widsith will be good for any DD. However, depending on the playstyle and the characteristics of the characters, some of the weapon's effects may be useless for some catalysts. The Widsith is best suited for characters who play from elemental reactions and are not on the battlefield for a long time.
It is recommended to play The Widsith on the following characters:
Character | Advantages and disadvantages |
---|---|
Yae Miko |
All three of Debut's effects are useful for giving her a significant boost in combat, and as a sub-DD, the passive ability's duration is enough to activate all of Yae's skills. |
Nahida |
All passive effects are useful for her. Like Yae Miko, she most often enters the battle as a sub-DD for a short time, during which the Debut effect will be active. |
Able to benefit from all of Debut's effects, and as a sub-DD, able to quickly use enhanced skills while her passive ability is active. | |
All passive buffs are useful for her, but if she is on the battlefield for more than 10 seconds, the effectiveness of the weapon will decrease. | |
Gains a large bonus from all passive effects when playing through Elemental Reaction: Swirl. Like Klee, can only use passive weapon effects for 10 seconds. | |
The only benefit from the three passive effects is in the game through Melting, otherwise only two buffs will be useful - for attack power and elemental damage. | |
Benefits from all of the catalyst's passive abilities, but also cannot remain on the battlefield for long periods of time without losing effectiveness. | |
Shikanoin Heizou |
In a game with Elemental Reaction: Swirl , he is able to benefit from all three passive effects. |
Receives significant boosts from passive effects, especially when playing through reactions. | |
Gains an advantage by increasing elemental damage and attack power. Since Geo does not react with other elements, the Elemental Mastery bonus will be useless for her. |
How to play with Song of the Wanderer
To maximize the effects of this weapon, it is worth putting it on characters that play through elemental reactions and spend no more than 10 seconds on the battlefield. It is great for sub-DDs that deal damage from the pocket, as well as for revolver squads. Due to the bonus to critical damage, it shows good results even on the main damage dealers who are on the battlefield for more than 10 seconds.
