In Genshin Impact Orobashi’s Legacy part 3 is Inazuma's world quest and the third stage of the quest chain of the same name. As part of it, you have to solve another puzzle with Electro Pillars in order to remove the water dome, and find two missing pieces to repair the amulet. How to start the Orobashi’s Legacy Part 3 quest
It will start automatically immediately after completing the mission. "Orobashi’s Legacy Part 1", that is, the second part is optional.
Find a Ward
Head to the Jakotsu Mine, where the quest marker shows. There you will find a water Hurdle, in which the stone pillar you need is located. You will need to reverse direction (adjust orientation) and slope (adjust height) of the Electro Monuments again in order to line them up in the correct order.
The screenshot above shows the correct directions and required sequence for all Electric Poles. At the 2nd, 4th and 7th monuments, you need to change the height, that is, tilt them down. The rest just need to be rotated. Next, hit the very first pillar using any Electro fighter to trigger a reaction. Perhaps characters of other elements will do.
After that, a cut-scene should begin, in which you will be shown the disappearance of the water barrier. Next, approach the stone pillar and interact with it.

Where to find the first part
After interacting with the pillar, activate the elemental sense and start moving after the purple wind. You will reach a pool of Hydro Slimes. You can deal with them or just run past. Then turn left and run forward through the gorge. In the distance, you will notice an electric Hurdle and an Electro Void Mage.
Deal with the enemy to make a branch of thunder sakura appear. Summon an Electrograna and move through the force field. Break the Hurdle and deal with the Hydro Mages of the Abyss. After that, you can climb onto the nearest stone and glide from it to pick up the missing part of the ward.
Where can I find the second part
Return to the amulet located at the bottom of the mine and use the sense of the elements again to find the next part. The purple trail will take you to the high ground shown in the screenshot below.
When you get to the top, you will have to climb another sheer cliff shown in the image below. As soon as you climb the cliff, you will see a branch of thunder sakura and an electric Hurdle. Take the Electrograna and go through the force field. Inside you will find the second part of the amulet.
You can now return to the stone pillar to repair it. After doing this, watch the cut-scene. As a reward, you will receive 300 adventure points, 40 source stones, 4 hero experience and 30,000 Mora. After completing this task, you will open access to the quest "Orobashi’s Legacy Part 4".
