How to start Moonlight Abyss
To do this, you will need to go to Watatsumi Island and find a priestess named Tsuyuko, located in the location of the Moun Shrine. Talk to her and agree to help the girl. After that, you will immediately receive 4 tasks of the world, which can be completed in any order. When you do them, the final mission of the chain will begin.
Eye of Watatsumi
Break the seal of the sanctuary
After talking with the priestess, head to the location of the Eye, which will be marked on the map. Then study the inscription on the stone tablet. You will need to break the seal by finding 3 bundles of electrical energy in the indicated area and dispel them with the help of elemental abilities. Use the sense of the elements to locate the desired objects.
As soon as you dispel the clot, mobs will attack you. Deal with them and head to the next Electro Sphere. The screenshots above show the location of all the clots. After dispelling them, return to the sanctuary and take the pearl of the spirit. As a reward, you will receive 250 adventure points, 30 source stones, 3 hero experience and 25,000 pestilence.
Fang Watatsumi
Protect the monolith of the arteries of the earth
Head to the location of the Fang, which will be marked on the map. Then read the inscription on the ancient stele. Next, you will need to defend the monument from various opponents for 5 minutes, and each enemy killed reduces the countdown time by 5 seconds.
Thus, if you can quickly kill large groups of mobs, you will significantly speed up the task. We advise you to take Venti, Sucrose or Kazuha to the team to gather enemies in one place, and then inflict massive damage on them with elemental explosions.
Also try to pick up Electro Granums from the Thunder Cherry Branches to charge the stones near the monolith, which can deal area damage. True, they will attack you too, so do not linger near them for too long. After passing the test, take the pearl of the spirit. As a reward, you will receive 250 adventure points, 30 source stones, 3 hero experience and 25,000 pestilence.
Fin Watatsumi
Break the Fin's seal
Head to the location of the Fin, marked on the map, and, as usual, examine the ancient stele near the sanctuary. Here you have to solve a small puzzle with fish statues mounted on two stone disks. You will need to rotate them so that they face the center of their site.
However, the problem here is that if you rotate a figurine on one disc, a similar statue will rotate on the other platform. Therefore, you need to do the following: go to the right disk (shown in the screenshot below) and start turning its figures in the right direction, ignoring the other round area.
When you turn the fish in the right direction (the platform will start to glow), go to the stone pillar and bow to the statue. This will fix the figures, that is, they will stop spinning when you rotate the statues on another disk.
Now go to the second platform and rotate the fish statues so that they all face the center. Here you most likely need to rotate only one statue (shown in the image above). After that, you can take the pearl of the forest. As a reward, you will receive 250 adventure points, 30 source stones, 3 hero experience and 30,000 pestilence.
Tail Watatsumi
Break the Tail's seal
Go to the location of the "Tail" shown on the map. Defeat the agents of Fatui and study the inscription on the ancient stele. Next, you have to solve the puzzle with the Electric Lanterns. To do this, summon an Electrograna from a thunder cherry branch and simply walk next to the 6 stone pillars.
Wait until the "lantern" lights up, and only then go to the next one. Electrograna does not last forever, so we advise you to hurry with this task. When you light all the pillars, deal with the arrived agents of Fatui. The first step is to kill the Hydro Grenadiers, as they can heal their allies.
Now you can take the pearl of the spirit. As a reward, you will receive 250 adventure points, 30 source stones, 3 hero experience and 30,000 pestilence.
Heart of Watatsumi
Open the Achievement: Gate of "Watatsumi Heart"
After completing the previous 4 quests, you will automatically receive the final task of the line. Next, you will need to return to Sangonomiya and chat with Tsuyuko. Now head towards the gate marked on the map. To remove the Hurdle, you will need to use the previously collected Spirit Pearls. Then enter the cave.
Break the last seal
To do this, you will need to rotate the stone fish figures again so that they look at the center of their sites. Choose any disk and start spinning statues on it, regardless of other platforms. When the playground lights up, kill the monsters that appear. Then be sure to bow to the statue to fix the result.
Go to the next disc and turn all the fish to the center. Deal with the Hydro Mimic again and bow to the statue. Head to the third stone circle and place the fish in the correct position. Kill the monster and fix the result.
Now head to the last platform that was previously blocked. Bow to the statue and start rotating the fish so they are facing the center of the circle. Next, deal with the appeared facial expressions. There will be quite a lot of them, so get ready for a hot battle. After dealing with them, watch the cut-scene.
Note: If the Mimics kill you, then return to the location and scroll through all the circles again and deal with all the enemies again. Only then will you be able to interact with the last circle again.
Then head to the bowl in the center of the area and take the Moonwashed Abyss Key. At the end, talk to Tsuyuko again. This will end the quest chain. As a reward, you will receive 350 adventure points, 40 source stones, 3 hero experience, 6 magic boost ore and 30,000 pestilence. In addition, you will unlock the achievement "The Same Moonlight".
