    Zorthrus

In Genshin Impact Says He Who Seeks Stone is a quest in the world of the Rift, in which you will need to find 3 starflowers and give them to Mu Ning. If you're having trouble finding these items, check out our guide.

How to start the quest "Says He Who Seeks Stone"

Complete the mission first "Mystery of the Rocky Gates". After that, return to the camp located on the surface of the Rift in the northern part of Glazed Rock. There, talk to Mu Ning again. He will ask you to find Unique Rocks called starflowers. Agree to help him.

Where to find all the old flowers

In total, 9 Starflowers can be found on the surface of the Rift, however, 3 units of ore will be enough to complete this task. At the end, we will tell you how you can use the remaining pebbles.

On the map above, the numbers show the approximate location of the dark blue crystals you need. Note that the easiest way to collect them is by characters using a two-handed sword or Geo attacks. You will also have to climb mountains often and run a lot, so we advise you to prepare endurance meals and take two Anemo characters to the squad.

    Archaic Stone 1

Can be found at the top of the cliff. You can get to the right place by gliding off the cliff where you can find the 4th Archaic Stone and walking along the edge of the quarry.

    Archaic Stone 2

After finding the second crystal, jump off the cliff and glide southwest to the hole in the ground next to which there is a crane. Jump into this hole. You will find yourself in a mine. Run forward and turn right. Drop down to the lower level and look for the ore near the big rock and the hilichurl.

    Archaic Stone 3

Found on a cliff south of the dungeon The Lost Valley or north of the statue of the seven archons. Climb the rock and walk to its front edge.

    Archaic Stone 4

Travel to the teleport in the north of Glazed Rock, and then run up the slope, go around the rock and turn right. Then climb up the hill. Run to the edge of the cliff and you will find the ore.

    Archaic Stone 5

Search Cinnabar Bluff. You can climb to the nearest hill, and then jump down from there. There will be Geo slimes next to the ore.

    Archaic Stone 6

Move to the statue of the seven archons, and then jump off the cliff and fly to the southeast. Drop down into the hole below. Next to the destroyed rocky gate, you will find the Elemental Reaction: Crystallize you need.

    Archaic Stone 7

Travel to the Tiangong Gorge fast travel point and then use the ramp near the cliff. Land on the top ledge and climb onto the second jump platform. After climbing up, run towards the lift. In front of him you will find a Elemental Reaction: Crystallize.

    Archaic Stone 8

Move to the teleporter in Tiangong Gorge, and then climb the wooden platforms and stairs to the top. On the left side you will find a springboard - use it to get over to the other side.

Climb the stairs even higher, passing by the hilichurls. Next to a group of enemies, you will find the mineral you need.

    Archaic Stone 9

From the previous crystal, simply run east along the edge of the Rift. As a result, you will reach the last pebble. Its exact location is shown in the screenshots below.

What to do with old flowers

After collecting all 9 blue crystals, return to Mu Ning and give him 3 pieces. This will complete the quest. As a reward, you will receive 150 adventure points, 30,000 pestilence and 20 source stones. At the same time, the representative of the department will tell you that if you find more starflowers, you can bring them to him.

Therefore, talk to Mu Ning again and give him 3 more stones. He will reward you with an additional 20 Primogems, 150 Adventure Points, and 30,000 Pestilence. Then turn in the remaining 3 Starflowers for 20 more Sourcestones, 30,000 Pestilence, and 150 Adventure Points.
