Run This Town in Cyberpunk 2077 is the eleventh story mission of the Phantom Liberty expansion. After an important role choice in the previous task, new side issues arise that require immediate resolution. In this guide, we will analyze the stages of completing a quest in which the player will have to influence the struggle within a group that is left without a leader.

How to start a task
Regardless of the plot branch along which events began to develop in the previous quest of the chain, - "Judgment Day" - while awaiting further instructions, you will also answer a call from Mr. Hands, who will launch a new mission in parallel with one of the previously accepted ones. There is no need to perform any special actions for this. After talking on the phone with the employer, you can find a new quest in the quest log and enable manual tracking.
Talk to Mr. Hands
Having enabled destination tracking on your map, proceed to the already familiar “Cruel Hearts” bar, which is located next to the Petrochem Stadium.
Inside the building, take the elevator and go up to the third floor. You've been here not too long ago, completing a mission "A hand washes a hand". Talk to the man waiting for you.
The task is to convince one of the candidates for leadership in Hansen's group to abandon his claims in favor of another, more convenient candidate. To do this, V will again put on the guise of another person in order to arrange everything in the best possible way.
Take the offered pistol and behavior imprint, then put on Aguilar's suit. Finally, go to the mirror and evaluate your new look, after which you can leave the bar.
Get to the meeting place of Iago and the "voodooists"
Your destination is marked on your map. Having climbed into the cabin in the vacant lot, activate Aguilar’s appearance by clicking on the appropriate prompt. When they appear, head straight towards them and talk. The conversation will be very short and will end in a skirmish, but the opponents do not pose a particular threat even taking into account the fact that you will be forced to use the assassin's pistol. When you deal with the voodooists, go to the marked point and wait for Iago.
When he finally arrives for the meeting, in the ensuing dialogue you will be able to choose from three options:
- You will return to your place. – Iago will retreat and withdraw his candidacy.
- I think you'll die. - We'll have to fight Iago and his bodyguard.
- The same thing that happened with the “voodooists”. – An additional option with a high strength indicator will allow Iago to explain himself, and you will learn a little more about his motives.
At the end of the dialogue, you will also need to click on the prompt in order to eliminate Charlie. Or he will do the same to you.
Meet Bennett at the farewell ceremony
Bennett is the second candidate for the vacated post of leader. You need to check the ambiguous information and meet him in the city. It's far enough away that you can use the nearby travel station and teleport to Corporation Square.
Get to the desired building and activate the behavior imprint right at the entrance. After some time, guests will arrive and you will need to eliminate the driver Bennett and hide the body in the trunk. After that, sit in the driver's seat.
In a dialogue with Bennett, you can choose from two lines of behavior:
- You'll forget about Arasaka. – You will have to fight, but the enemy will decide to surrender at 25% health.
- What if Iago doesn’t bother you? - Bennett will back down from betrayal, enlisting the support of Hands.
All that remains is to remove the false identity and contact the employer by phone.
Attend the farewell ceremony
After discussing the details, you will need to get to the Black Sapphire. Today, fortunately, you can use the central entrance by first turning on the disguise.
Once inside, go to the elevator and go up to the top floor, to the casino.
Talk to Iago and go to Bennett together. The next dialogue has several outcomes, so we recommend saving before it.
- A fair price, Iago. You will pay it.
- Show weapons. “Iago will become Bennett’s right-hand man.”
- Show respect for the dead.
- We will be watching you “Iago will become Bennett’s right-hand man.”
- No. You won't get anything, Bennett.
- Control yourself. Bennett will kill Iago.
- At the funeral? Bennett will kill Iago.
- Enough. (Reflexes 15+) – V will kill Bennett, Iago will become the leader.
- Do you want a massacre to begin in Dog City?
- In this case, the dispute will be nipped in the bud, Bennett will remain the leader.
Having chosen from three possible options: the head is Iago, the head is Bennett, both are alive under Bennett's leadership, you must leave the building and report the results to Mr. Hands.
The task is completed, now you can return to completing the main storyline: “The Fading Star” or “The Hour of Confusion” (depending on how you decided to deal with Jay earlier).
